This kind of new virus strain creation happens all the time but fortunately nearly all such viruses fail.

Adam made a good point about that credit card bill just including a summary. There’s something odious not included in the summary. I got a letter from Chase last week raising the interest rates and changing the terms and conditions of one of my credit cards. It’s no big deal really except for one section of the new terms and conditions. It says that under new Federal law the bank can demand immediate payment of the entire outstanding balance if the bank or cardholder cancels the card.
