This guy is pretty smart; challenging, smug Americans to hit him with handy spare change.
He knows what he is is up against; the angst of smug, fat, overly self congratulatory, rich Americans feel anyone in need.
unfortunatly his timing is a bit off… hardly anyone has spare change!

I’m pretty sure most of the beggars on each of the 4 medians are not homeless but rather doing it for business. Compare to just 2-3 years ago here in San Diego these most of these beggars are not as dirty, tanned, poorly dressed in ragged clothes and what not. What I mean is that they almost look like the average Joe.
I visit shelters and donate when I can and these handlers don’t look like anyone I see there, the beach, under the brdige, etc.
Don’t give them anything…buy them a meal instead if you want to help. Or point them to a job agency 🙂

Let’s hope more of you “smug American’s” don’t lose your guns & your pickup trucks and have to beg for food like this guy, hunh? Hopefully, you’re not Vets, either, like many of our homeless Americans. But then, most wingnuts aren’t.
Whenever I’m asked for money from beggars or panhandlers (usually wearing my US Army uniform), I decline to give them money but offer to drive them to the US Military Recruiter.
I explain that with your sacrifice comes a guaranteed paycheck on the 1st and 15th of every month along with some the best health care available.
O’Really…did you take a close look at this guy??? I know that the Army takes almost everything since I work for them…(and it seems to get worse). But this one is definitely too old. And besides the “best” health care…I don’t know what branch you serve in, but this is in the past, dear. Nowadays they prescribe Percocet and all other kind of “numb-makers” and they do that until you fall over dead. So maybe they’d rather stay homeless and alive????
Imagination from one quarter draws contempt from the right wing nuts again. Give the guy credit, he could be putting his life on the line.
Assholes like #14 are a disgrace to the uniform and an insult to all veterans everywhere.
You have no idea who this guy is, where he’s been, or what he’s done in the past.
