someone who makes 100-500k a year pays way MORE taxes than those who make less AND those who make more (like the 1M a year people).
The truth of the matter is that we’re ALL paying more taxes. Personal taxes, sales taxes, taxes on every utility you’ve got (electricity, phone, cell phone, garbage service, water service), there are taxes on EVERYTHING…and more taxes. Taxes on toll roads and bridges, taxes in the form of parking tickets, taxes in the form of speeding tickets, taxes in the form of red-light running tickets, taxes probably take up to 40-60% of your wages, no matter who you are, or what you make.
The reality is…large CORPORATIONS are the ones that are avoiding THE MOST taxes and not paying their fair share, meaning that the tax burden on each of our backs is heavier.

Take a small idea.
“How to control the USA”.
First you start by infiltrating each state.
take the offices that control the State and its people. Governor, Mayors, Judges..Give it about 10-20 years.
From that point you have control of most things, as the Governor you can appoint those groups that will HELP, such as ballot counters.

now you should ask HOW you can tell. EASY. Look at your state officials, and look up WHERE they have lived. I can bet, that MOST werent BORN in the state that they run, and that MOST lived back East for awhile.

Now there is something to think about. That MOSt of the USA is Farm land. But Where are MOSt of the people? In the Major cities. It used to be that 1 farmer could feed 10 people, but its now 1 farmer feeds 100+ people. So that Laws created tend to reflect those of the LARGE city people/folk rather then THOSE that grow/process the foods.
Also that over 80% of all farms are NOW owned by 1 of 4 corps. That the Subsidies for Farms ends up going to the CORPS, for the last 30+ years.

My most ironic thought: The Democrats manage to pass the Cap and Trade bill and it turns out we are entering a new ice age. The coldest year in 60 years and food shortages are to be expected because of unusually cold weather. These guys haven’t done anything right in decades other than blame every idiotic mistake they made on shrub who certainly made his fair share of mistakes. It would be just their luck to totally muck this up as well trading 3,000, 000+ jobs and vastly increasing everybody’s cost of living for nothing.

# 5 So soak business with high taxes and sign up for welfare when they go out of business because they couldn’t compete with companies in countries that don’t tax their businesses or offshore you job because that is the way to make more money. It’s working wonders for California, England, etc.

Let’s be honest #2. When you get to the point that anybody is paying half of their income in taxes they start to vote with their feet, change their behavior, and start moving their money and maybe themselves somewhere else.

Poor people don’t hire people. I can’t give you a job nor can you hire me.

A few years back they soaked luxury boat sales to raise more money. It didn’t work. Sales went into the crapper and working guys lost jobs so they repealed the tax. Sometimes life sucks. Being poor isn’t a crime but you do pay a price because of it.

Here’s a fact. The more money that the government collects the less money is left in the private sector. Take to much money out and jobs dry up and everything comes apart because you are chocking the economy or as my father used to say, “There aint no free lunch.”
