Time-In February 1976, an outbreak of swine flu struck Fort Dix Army base in New Jersey, killing a 19-year-old private and infecting hundreds of soldiers. Concerned that the U.S. was on the verge of a devastating epidemic, President Gerald Ford ordered a nationwide vaccination program at a cost of $135 million (some $500 million in today’s money). Within weeks, reports surfaced of people developing Guillain-Barré syndrome, a paralyzing nerve disease that can be caused by the vaccine. By April, more than 30 people had died of the condition. Facing protests, federal officials abruptly canceled the program on Dec. 16. The epidemic failed to materialize.

I have a vaccine injured child and wish to high heavens that I had been honestly informed.

Neither myself, my husband or my childen will get this vaccine. No way, no how…we have been through enough because of a vaccine already.

This proposed new H1N1 contains sequelene. The nasty little ingrediant that casused gulf war syndrome. It’s an oil adjuvent.

I agree with a previous poster about population control. Goolge HCG and tetanus/phillipines.

No MS,ALS for me thank you…not to mention GBS.

  2. Juliett says:

Let them just try to get the vaccine in my arm, or the arm of my sons and you will find out how serious I am about not taking this poison into my body.

Never had a flu shot, never had the flu… not about to submit to an injection of unknown content against a virus I highly doubt even exists.

Our government lies at EVERY turn… and you think that the WHO and CDC has your best interest at heart?

Do NOT take this “swine flu” vaccine. I know what I am talking about… consider yourself warned.

The Queen of England has the right idea about doctors. She pays the doctor regularly — so long as she remains alive!

  4. Riker17 says:

I will never submit myself nor my family to gov’t-funded vaccines. It is a matter of trust and I do not trust our current government.

Tin foil hats round the house everyone! I hearby declare “Thomas’s Law”: As any discussion involving a conspiracy theory grows, the probability that the Illuminati, Knight’s Templar or Bush have anything to do with it goes to 1.

  6. Benjamin says:

I would get a regular vaccine. I will not get a flu shot. Besides, if I get the flu and can’t eat for a week, I will be loser to my ideal weight.

  7. Uncle Patso says:

A few years ago, I got a flu shot. Three months later my mother died! Coincidence? I think not! The fact that she was 80, smoked all her adult life, had had two serious heart attacks and coronary bypass surgery, occasionally drank to excess, had osteoporosis, high blood pressure, etc., etc., etc. obviously had nothing to do with it! It was all a Government Conspiracy!

    /sarcasm

Yes, I get a flu shot every year, and will continue to do so, because I’m getting old and because I have a lick of sense.

  8. Uncle Patso says:

    Thimerosal/Merthiolate

Many people point to the use of tiny amounts of Thimerosal (also knows as Thiomersal), an antiseptic and antifungal agent containing mercury, in multi-dose vials of vaccine as a possible cause of brain damage and the rise in autism in children today. What they don’t know is that another name for thimerosal is Merthiolate. I don’t know if any of you are old enough to remember this, but when I was a kid, this stuff was sold over the counter in small glass vials with a glass applicator to be used on scrapes and cuts, including (or especially) on kids. Man, that stuff hurt! The only thing I’ve experienced that hurt more in typical use was the tincture of iodine that it replaced in common usage. Commercial Merthiolate contains many thousands of times the concentration of the active ingredient than vaccines contained. It is still available over the counter. If this stuff causes autism, why didn’t the numbers start exploding in the 1950s?

Never again for me ! Several years back my now former employer mandated flu shots for all hourly employees. Within a day I had the full blown illness and missed a few days of work. The management promptly wrote me up for bad attendance , which later cost me a raise at review time. Despite what my doctor had said the management refused to believe the shot caused the illness. They concluded I was just faking my illness to get out of work. Their logic behind this was that I just had a free Flu shot , hence I should not be able to get the Flu. Since then I have met several people who also claim a Flu shot caused them to become very ill afterward. I’ll skip that yearly vaccine from now on Thank You. I’ll take my chances by trusting my immune system to do its job. Which btw in doing so I have gone an occasional year or two without ever getting sick beyond a mild seasonal cold.

    #37 Thomas,

Here is another Tinfoil-Hat Person, perhaps you have heard of him. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_F._Kennedy,_Jr

Deadly Immunity by Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

When a study revealed that mercury in childhood vaccines may have caused autism in thousands of kids, the government rushed to conceal the data — and to prevent parents from suing drug companies for their role in the epidemic.

    http://dir.salon.com/story/news/feature/2005/06/16/thimerosal/index.html

Excerpt: “Even for scientists and doctors accustomed to confronting issues of life and death, the findings were frightening. ‘You can play with this all you want,’ Dr. Bill Weil, a consultant for the American Academy of Pediatrics, told the group. The results ‘are statistically significant.’ Dr. Richard Johnston, an immunologist and pediatrician from the University of Colorado whose grandson had been born early on the morning of the meeting’s first day, was even more alarmed. “My gut feeling?” he said. ‘Forgive this personal comment — I do not want my grandson to get a thimerosal-containing vaccine until we know better what is going on.’

But instead of taking immediate steps to alert the public and rid the vaccine supply of thimerosal, the officials and executives at Simpsonwood spent most of the next two days discussing how to cover up the damaging data. According to transcripts obtained under the Freedom of Information Act, many at the meeting were concerned about how the damaging revelations about thimerosal would affect the vaccine industry’s bottom line.”

    ———-

That’s right, do exactly what the GOVERNMENT trained you to do. Make a smart-ass comment and by all means, do not look at the evidence…it ain’t cool. That is “Thomas’ Law”.

Yep. Tin Foil Hat. The evidence is that there is no evidence that vaccines cause autism. I’m waiting to hear how the Illuminati have anything to do with this.

this is one direct order that im going to refuse. i was forced to get the flu shot when i was in basic training and i had an adverse reaction. i was bed ridden for 2 weeks and sick for another month after that with strep throat and the flu. i almost got a medical discharge because the reaction was so bad but i fought it and was able to continue to serve.
