Caution: Not terribly gross, but probably in bad taste.

Another example of Microsoft Marketing at its finest. Cripes, what are they thinking? It’s been pulled from distribution but will live forever here and there. We will repost it as necessary.

  1. David says:

That’s about the same reaction I have when using a Windows PC, so at least they’re honest. That aside, this is the most disgusting advertisement I’ve ever seen. What is going on at that company?

  2. SRG says:

    Can anyone here lipread?
    what was the site @0:40

  3. Raoul Fenderson says:

    Browsers have a “porn mode”???

  4. somecalmetim says:

    Best Microsoft commercial EVER…
…it’s promoting a feature they ripped off of Google Chrome but a good commercial anyway…

  5. GregA says:

Lol the deflection and rationalizations of porn addicts is funny. I guess this add struck a little close to home;)

  6. bonker says:

Brilliant! I love it. The people that will want to use IE8 because of the “security” function will easily get the joke.

  7. Lou says:

Thats what I did when I found out my new box came with Vista.

  8. Dave says:

Funniest thing I’ve seen all day. Granted it
s 8:30AM but that is a pretty good start.

  9. Alex says:

I actually thought it was pretty funny. I mean, crap product, sure, but c’mon.

Also – Dean Cain had a “career”? I don’t think being the star of a second rate television series counts as much of a “career”.

  10. deowll says:

Say what you want. That feature will no doubt save a lot of relationships and keep a lot of teens out of serious trouble.

Just don’t count on it covering your tracks at work.

  11. SparkyOne says:

    how low can society go?

  12. X Columbus says:

So she finally crosses paths with what he is and that is her reaction?!

Open dialogue would have been a more suitable approach to an endearing relationship.

  13. Buzz says:

Keep in mind that this is from the company that produced the world’s richest man—the same guy who bitched and moaned about how his software was being ripped off by pirates and thieves.

He may have billions, but that doesn’t buy you smarts.

  14. Rich says:

I smell a rat. This has to be a parody.
