Mom-approved

A 15-year-old Hialeah boy who had a months-long sexual relationship with a teacher at his religious school must end the affair, a Miami child welfare judge has ordered.

The boy’s mother, who is not being identified by The Miami Herald to protect her son’s privacy, appeared Wednesday afternoon before Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Cindy Lederman at the request of state child welfare administrators. They want the mother to agree to counseling and supervision by the Department of Children & Families.

The mom, Hialeah police say, consented to her son’s affair with 32-year-old Maria Guzman Hernandez, and allowed the couple to travel together for a weekend getaway at Disney World.

Hernandez, who teaches sixth grade at Our Lady Of Charity in Hialeah, was arrested Saturday night by the Hialeah Police Department after she returned from the trip. Police say she acknowledged the affair during questioning. She was charged with sexual battery on a child over whom she had custodial authority, a charge similar to statutory rape…

Har! Must be something in the water.

RE:#46, You would pimp your son to a whore with emotional problems. You would teach your children that physically or mentally imperfect people are less than human.

I have taught my 2 sons that being homosexual is but one of thousands of errors in nature, no better or worse than crooked teeth, bad eyes, or even a delusion of God.

Your ref to post #12 just proves that you have double standards. We know that already.

  2. Olo Baggins of Bywater says:

Alfred, look up the concept of statutory rape. Try to understand why it’s a good and appropriate law, in every state, and totally uncontroversial. With your child psychology degree this should be easy for you.

BTW, you’re sliding down a very slippery slope with this BS “no harm to boys” argument.

    #50, Alphie,

So you promote hate and discrimination? Whatever happened to “hate the sin but love the sinner?”

Sorry, you failed here too. Your reference is about a lecture once a year on bullying. There can be no excuse for that.

I’m a moon bat loon statist and proud of it. And you’re an effen idiot.

  4. Alex says:

Why are you bothering to argue against Alfred? the very simple fact that he uttered the about 100 years out-of-date ideal that “a woman’s virginity is a priceless, irreparable thing while a man’s is his to do with as he wants” shows lunacy beyond scope. Ignore and move on, people – this is a mind that is, as he would put it, incorruptible, or as modern thought would have it – incorrigible.

  5. Mr. Fusion says:

    #54, Alex,

It’s a slow day and I’m currently waiting for someone to call.

  6. spike says:

Alfred1 also can’t have it both ways–either adult sex with a 15 yo is pedophilia or it isn’t. He seems to promote that woman/boy consensual is not harmful to the boy but when its man/boy consensual it’s now ‘pedophilia’ and the man is deserving of death.
    Truly a disturbed individual.
IMO, most 15 yo boys are physically quite ready for sexual activity, but probably not emotionally/psychologically ready. Not that adults should be having sex with 15 year olds anyway.

AlfalfaOne: “Homosexuality doesn’t promote propagation…therefore it is not a relationship the state should encourage”

So, should we require fertility tests before heteros can fornicate legally, Alf?

By the way, hymens can be repaired or replaced so no permanent, life-long harm to young girls, either. Think we ought to just okay pedophilia with parental consent?

Mr Fusion: can I be a moon bat loon statist, too?

  8. Angel H. Wong says:

Maybe they had one of those weird “French nanny” fantasies.

  9. Glenn E. says:

The boy was just getting advanced studies in sex education, right? 🙂 Oh man, why wasn’t any of this crap happening when I was in school?

I still remember our sixth grade student teacher (helper) wore a miniskirt most days. She was fairly thin, with a short boy-style brunette ‘do. I couldn’t take my eyes off her the whole year. To this day, she’s the teacher I remember most clearly. Whatever her name was.

If there were strict laws to protect school age children from all physically and mentally exploitative influences and persons. Then… the US Army wouldn’t be allowed to have their recruiting day, (aka “Career Day”) each year. And the sport of football wouldn’t be allowed its corrupting influence, either. Kids can get plenty of healthy exercise, without all the “team” building, military indoctrinating sport activities. If you don’t think football and war aren’t related. Listen to George Carlin’s famed skit sometimes.

“If you don’t think football and war aren’t related. Listen to George Carlin’s famed skit sometimes.”

All team sports and war are related. In fact, at one time (and I mean… looooong ago), *all* sports were created to teach the basics of hunting and killing – be it alone or in groups.

Nowadays though we have professional militaries and can do away with the pretense.

  12. Mr. Fusion says:

    #63, Alphie,

#60 Moonbat barking again…the military teaches loyalty, honor, righteousness, integrity, and the ability to adapt and improvise…

And what did you learn as a little boy working on the circus?
