After what we see some mortgage companies and Wall Street people doing to ‘regular’ people, I just wish that this was a true story.
We need this kind of thing to actually happen.

#5, yup, ayup. All those folks who signed mortgage applications were doing so under threat of death – or a Republican president. Whichever came first.

What in the hell is a “JuJu man”? Aren’t JuJu’s small candies?

She could also just tell the evil old woman to use her “skills” to raise funds to pay her debts. But no… it is so much easier to be a victim.

The old bat had enough power to cause all the grief for the young lady but couldn’t conger up a few bucks for her mortgage?

  7. Golly. Mental giants at work. The screen writers must’ve spent all of 20…, 30 minutes formulating this highly original and unpredictable plot line.

Should it happen to Barney Frank, who pushed folks into housing they couldn’t afford, and thereby caused Fannie and Freddie to become the proverbial straw that broke the Economy’s back…

Can you name one person Barney Frank forced or pushed to take a mortgage they couldn’t afford? Just one is all I ask. I’m not asking that you provide the tens of thousands of people it would have taken to sink Freddie and Fanny. Nope. Just ONE.

Gee, you know, I’ll even wait while consult your “higher source” to get the name. Oh, and just to keep it legit, include their home towm.

  12. Advice for First Time Buyers

A number of factors have led to the number of first time buyers purchasing property falling over the past year, and these factors include lack of mortgages, the effects of the global credit crunch, and falling property prices.

You need to bear in mind that there are many different upfront fees that you may have to pay out when taking out a mortgage, such as solicitor fees, mortgage arrangement fees, and a hefty deposit, and in order to work out whether you can even afford to take out the mortgage you need to determine whether you have the necessary funds available for the upfront payments. It is important to go through your income and outgoings thoroughly to ensure that you can comfortably afford the monthly repayments on the mortgages, as you could otherwise lose the property if you fall into arrears.

Also, as first time buyers you need to bear in mind that it is not just the mortgage repayment that you have to factor into your budget. You will also need to ensure that you can afford to pay bills, pay for groceries, and cover other costs.

The teen and tweens will. These movies are made for that crowd.
