Lemme get this straight. A helicopter was destroyed by … soft cuddly foam?

  3. Mr. Dvorak,
You endorsed a shady website called PickyDomains.com. You’re quoted on their home page.

That’s Paddy-O’Pinocchio. Now you see what happens when starts fibbing.

Lucy, you got some ‘splainin’ to do!

  7. Don says:

#2 Have you ever owned a car that was damaged by flooding? Me neither, because it creates problems in the electrical system. I would never try to operate such a vehicle.

Now, would you want to fly a helicopter with weird intermittant electrical problems? Me neither.

That poor tech who pulled the wrong lever. Of course they may need to rethink their fire protection needs if the cure is as bad as the desease.

  8. JoaoPT says:

Mmmmmmhh! Millions of dollars of lost equipment? What is in the foam? Sulfuric acid? It’s foam. It will rinse right off… then wait for a couple of days, put the chopper in the sun and THEN turn it on… Jeez! Never had a cell phone in the toilet? Same thing, only bigger.
Sounds like an Insurance scam to me.

  9. Winston says:

“That poor tech who pulled the wrong lever.”

I’d hope that a lever that would do that sort of thing would be painted red, have alternating yellow and black stripes or some other obvious markings that would scream, “pull this only in case of fire.”

Or maybe the “poor tech” just didn’t like police (or his job). “Oooops…”
