Obama rally draws huge crowd in St. Louis.

  1. LibertyLover says:

It’s not the crowd that is Hitler, but Obama, himself. His platform and plan are almost verbatim out of Mein Kampf.

  2. asenna says:

    PHOTOSHOP!!!!

[How intelligent. You think the Wall Street Journal photoshops photos? Idiot! – ed.]

  3. J says:

    # 33 LibertyLover

“His platform and plan are almost verbatim out of Mein Kampf.”

Really? Care to back that up with some evidence or are you just being a dickweed?

  4. Olo Baggins of Bywater says:

33, that’s total BS. Have you read Mein Kampf? Most people have not, which means you can spout that crap and nobody has the balls to challenge you. And we all recall how Hitler was a mixed-race dude who excelled in school and everything else he did. heh.

Americans liked Bill Clinton, a lot, until his enemies made us all pay for a blow job, by grinding government to a halt for no damned good reason. Then we got Bush, who nobody seems to like at all. He took the US to ugly places, and his legacy will be as the most ineffective and worst prez, maybe of all time. He’s a dolt, and everyone knows it.

Now we get, as Powell says, a transformational figure. There’s going to be a lot of enthusiasm for a smart guy, a younger guy, one who appears to have a clue and the answers we want to hear. But transforming isn’t something conservatives want, don’t you dare move our cheese! So you resort to comparing him to Hitler? That’s all you have?

  5. Named says:

    33,

So, are you saying that Hitler was a good statesman?

  6. Sea Lawyer says:

#36, “There’s going to be a lot of enthusiasm for a smart guy, a younger guy, one who appears to have a clue and the answers we want to hear.”

Heh. All politicians are reasonably good at telling people what they want to hear. Very few of them tell people what they need to hear. Neither Obama nor McCain appear to fall outside of the first category.

  7. James Hill says:

Actually, if you want to really contrast things…

McCain was in St. Charles, a ‘burb of St. Louis, the next day. He clearly thinks the rich white vote is going to turn out more than the mob pictured above.

Percentage wise he may be right, but there’s enough of a mob to overcome that.

  8. Ralph says:

    # 36 lay off the kool-aid and didn’t your father tell you to stop giving out blow jobs?!

  9. bill says:

    Victory Hail!

This should get really interesting! Wow!

  10. The Monster's Lawyer says:

    Those buildings are sim.

  11. bosco says:

#36 I know people like you, when I was a Correction officer your type always had giant size vaseline jars and always carried them in their purse, do you still use vaseline or you became use to it. What you next step when the fellow of color loses the race for president. One thing I could say is that the vaseline jar will always in thy purse, ok fellow.

  12. Balbas says:

    Barak to campaign manager:

“Why did you have me suggest ‘Bathing and deodorant are Democratic Party principles, too!’ in my speech?”

  13. hhopper says:

I find that neo-cons are nasty, nasty, nasty… they love to throw the super dirty talk around.

    Sheesh!

  14. ECA says:

    27,
    nice comment..
But, you have to figure HOW other react. Obama may not do it, but someone ELSE can make it happen.
    —————————

    comment from the crowd..
    “WHO FARTED”

  15. Greg Allen says:

Meanwhile McCain is working the renaissance faire circuit, between naps.

(I think I heard that on SNL)

  16. Greg Allen says:

When you see a photo like that — who can Obama’s margin be so slim?

Like a lot of Dems, I just don’t trust the system after the cheating of 2000 and 2004.

  17. GF says:

Well, at least it’s St. Louis and not Berlin for change.

#48 I’ve never fully trusted the system. Remember LBJ, he was as crooked as a 3 dollar bill and won elections in Texas he never should have. I still wonder if he had something to do with Kennedy, nah that’s just conspiracy thought.

  18. Special Ed says:

Do you recall what you get when you combine the Million Man March and the Million Lesbian March? Two million people that don’t do dick.

  19. Special Ed says:

    #10 – Ralph stutters.

  20. you must be kidding says:

I would like to leave all of you with a few thoughts. How many of you obamarama ites have read his books? He is as racist as they come and he’s not even african american. He’s as white as he is black!!!!!!! He’s wife Michelle Kong, actually resembles king kong himself, is even more racist. How could anyone vote for people after a statement like “For the first time in my adult life I am proud of my country”. Get the fuc_ out if you don’t like it here. If Miss Rice was running for President I would vote for her. “People of color”, don’t like her though because she is an Uncle Tom. Please remember conservatives don’t come out to these rallies and they don’t really matter. What matters is November 4th. We will all be out then. Mark my words. Presiden Reagan was losing by 11 points the eve before the election, but he won by a landslide. Please remember, President Reagen is the one that made Colin Powell a General. Its the republicans that made him a household name. Not the liberals and certianly not the people of color. Up until now blacks also called him an Uncle Tom. Its amazing. Rest assured, no panic but comes January everyone in this country will be saying President McCain. I promise you that.

  21. Special Ed says:

#52 – You must be kidding.

  22. you must be kidding says:

#53, in what area am I kidding? He’s as white as he is black? Reagan was 11 pts the eve of election night? Reagan made Colin Powell a General? The republicans made Coling Powell a household name? Obama & his wife are racist?
The black people in this country call Rice & Powell Uncle Toms or Michelle looks like King Kong? Obama is a racist? Can you tell me in which point I am wrong or kidding?

  23. you must be kidding says:

Colin Powell became the first African-American Secretary of State in U.S. history when he took office in 2001. Powell was a career soldier who fought in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He rose through the ranks to become a general, then became national security adviser to President Ronald Reagan. Powell became chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff under George Bush the elder, directing U.S. forces during the first Gulf War. Powell retired in 1993 and published his autobiography, My American Journey, in 1995. After years on the lecture circuit, he was chosen by George W. Bush to be Secretary of State in 2001. Powell was often perceived to be a moderate among more conservative voices in the administration. He submitted his resignation to Bush in November of 2004, shortly after Bush won election to a second term. He was succeeded as Secretary of State by Condoleezza Rice, the first African-American woman to hold the job.

Powell’s son, Michael, was Chairman of the U.S. Federal Communications Commission from 2001-2005. He is campaigning for Mr McCain as we speak.

  24. hhopper says:

I think he meant about this:

Rest assured, no panic but comes January everyone in this country will be saying President McCain. I promise you that.

I suspect you’re the one that’s wrong. I think the public is fed up with old fart politicians. Obama will win with a large margin.

  25. J says:

    # 57 hhopper

“Obama will win with a large margin.”

I am glad to see others are catching up with what I said the day McCain picked Palin and many times since. lol 🙂

  26. D Huber says:

I’ve only been to the Arch a few times in my life. But I have to say, that looks like a lot more than 100k people. Can anyone who lives in STL give us their opinion?

  27. Special Ed says:

#59 – I am Pro-Choice and I belong to a group called “Whites for Obama.” My wife is a black woman and we have 17 male children and we refer to them as “boys.” We are kinda like polar opposites. I think McCain will be in a nursing home by January.

  28. J says:

    # 61 Special Ed

    LOL

  29. kristinmsenior43 says:

    its not a fair rally
obama has found supporters from 57 states.
and McCain only has the 50 to work with.

  30. Mr. Fusion says:

    #61, Ed,

Do your “boys” wear lapel pins or eat watermelon.
