I’ll be the first to admit that the first connection that came through my mind was that of the Hitler Jugen. Probably because I was watching Swing Kids over the weekend. Re=watching it, I still find myself profoundly disturbed by the whole thing but not to the earlier point. I like to think of myself as independent minded and this would not be the proper location to go into my concerns with all the candidates; but something about 22 children coming together in a grassroots style without the guiding assistance of an adult rings alarm bells for me.

There have always been those who refuse to recognize danger before disaster strikes. You call others hysterical and even racists for not sharing your blindness when history proves what happens to those that fail to remain vigilant.
Malign and ridicule if you must, but allow those with vision to shine the light from the tower in an effort to warn people of the impending danger before it is too late.
Obama is dangerous. His puppetmasters are fatal. Proof is found in actions and are clearly visible for those who will see.

The strikes against Obama are numerous so instead of listing them a better way is just to say a persons character can be judged with reasonable accuracy by the company he keeps.

I never said bigotry “equate[d] to racism”.
It makes the same point, because racism is a subset of bigotry. My dictionary defines bigotry as “One strongly loyal to one’s own social group, and irrationally intolerant or disdainful of others” or “an intolerant person: somebody who has very strong opinions, especially on matters of politics, religion, or ethnicity, and refuses to accept different views.”
And I didn’t criticize your “light criticism” (not much, anyway), I criticized calling post #2 and #3 “nice bigoted rants”. In this same thread, you’ve got Lynin’ Mike making racist comments (“typical minority candidate”, which is KKK code for “f&cking n|gger”, and elsewhere on this blog the bigotry (e.g., against Christians, although Jews seem to be immune) runs so thick you could cut it with a knife.
Venice is Berkeley South…it’s a mess…betcha all the druggies were breaking into their homes while this was being produced. Hayden messed up that area good w/commie practices like rent control and basically, the police roll in at 6p every night to the boardwalk to keep the gang violence down. Just a microcosm of what US will be like if Obama is elected.
Example: I was standing in a line at the store there in Venice one day and some Boomer hair-brained liberal was having a discussion with an ex-convict about when he got out (yesterday), what was he in for (murder)and isn’t that great!!
Another example: Google in that area HAS to pay city tax of 10 percent of all their revenue…10 percent!!! Where does that money go? It’s filled with criminals and wealthy liberals.
Needless to say, Venice is an area I try to avoid…like a lot of other people in LA.
