PHILIP J. BERG v. BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA – Complaint — OK, you just have to go to this document and see what’s up. This much is for sure, Berg is a pro-Hillary 9-11 Truther who is trying to derail the Obama nomination at the last minute. Apparently the Republicans don’t have to even use Karl Rove for this sort of activity since the Clintons can do the dirty work for them. Genius. We’ll be discussing this complaint on this week’s No Agenda. The accusation here is that Obama is not an American. But the real reason for this complaint, I think, is to reveal all of Obama’s aliases. Barry Dunham?

No matter how spurious one may think this is you cannot run and hide from the fact that Obama has not answered. The is only one reason not to answer the charge – fear. And there is only one reason to fear – and that is because the truth will hurt you.
I tend to be in agreement with many of those on here. If BHO has a legitimate birth certificate and all of the documentation to prove his actual US citizenship then why does he not just provide it and be done? Case closed. To me this seems the best and easiest course of action. I am no lawyer and dont know about many of the things mentioned here. If Berg has been practicing law for 37 years as he has stated, then I would assume he would know of what he speaks. If this was a frivolous suit then why would the judge rule against the move for dismissal? As a reasonably logical thinking man, I would expect that the documentation in question would just be submitted and done. If I am pulled over and asked for proof of insurance I dont pull out a printout of the insurance agency’s website. I have to have actual proof. I guess I just dont fllow the arguments here. Wingnut or not, Berg has shown cause and BHO has continued in a less than honest manner.
If Obama, has nothing to hide, then produce the documents!! What is so hard about that? John McCain produced his and he was fine. I, too, was born overseas to a U.S. military father and a foreign mother. But I am a U.S. citizen as stated by my birth certificate and records.
We need to uphold the constitution and laws of this country and not ignore them because someone wants to become President. Obama has far too many skeletons in his closet that should have been revealed a LONG time ago but the mass media loves Obama and doesn’t want to reveal it!
Why hasn’t anyone brought this up before? If this is a real question why hasn’t the RNC followed up on this? I’d love the story to be true just to see what the DNC would do and who they would ask to run for president. Hillary? yes, yes, yes!
As everyone is well aware Obama’s grandparents were US citizens, his grandfather was a WWII veteran. Obama’s mother was a US citizen. Any child she gives birth to is a US citizen, even when the birth occurs in another country, as is the case today with parents who are living abroad on business or missionary work for example.
Obama was born in Hawaii.
US citizens who travel abroad retain their citizenship, even if they use a native name or file required paperwork while in the non US nation. They retain the rights, privileges and obligations of US citizenship ( The IRS wouldn’t have it any other way).
With these facts well known the lawsuit filed will be found to have no merit. An action that has no merit will not require the disclosure of any further documentation.
End of story.
Unless of course the esteemed Mr.Berg wishes to claim that babe Obama was actually found in a floating basket among the bull rushes of the Nile.

I googled and read the 19 court documents in this case so far. My question is this, what happened when Ocrober 15th came and went? If I read all the documents correctly it looks like that was the latest deadline for Obama/DNC to submit Obama’s legal documents to the court. Am I correct? It looks to me like Obama’s lawyers are trying to stall long enough for the Nov 4 election to pass and, if he’s elected, they would try to play some legal tricks off of the public outcry that would result from the Obama fans. I have no legal experience, but that’s what I am thinking.
So where is this case at the moment?

There is so much surrounding Barack Obama, he hasn’t told the truth about his involvement with ACORN/PROJECT VOTE, Bill Ayers, Louis Farrakan, his own pastor for 20 years, Rev. Jeramiah Wright, etc. Who is this guy? Whatever happen to candor? People are behaving like all of this doesn’t matter, oh, it’ll matter if he gets in office and tears the whole economy down by “spreading the wealth”, Enough!! Whether you guys think the case has merit or not does not matter. It is a legal matter and it should be and does need to be settled! For the fellow who says that there is no case with that number, I called and checked and was told that there is a case and it is pending. Now Mr Obama is going to Hawaii, presumably to visit his grandmother, but who wants to bet he will also make efforts to settle this matter in the same trip?? If he could legally settle it, why did he not do so already–he visited Hawaii earlier this year. Have any of you wondered where he got all his campaign money, especially with the economic condition as it is? Does anyone think that his money is coming from our enemies?? Please, wake up and think!! Do some research on your own–the major media certainly won’t–he’s their liberal darling. God help us.

Not sure about you, but last time I checked, our constitution was still in effect!
If Barack is a natural born citizen why can’t he just end this question by releasing one simple document…A birth certificate not a certificate of live birth an actual Birth certificate. If Barry has a problem with giving this information then that means he also has a problem with the Constitution. With as pathetic and desperate you brainwashed Dems have gotten- I’m sure that Mr. Berg will be criticized and called “racist” for even bringing up this issue.

Addressing a few of the things I’ve read on here.
1. The use of the middle name: It’s been standard procedure for decades to use the President’s middle name and at the very least, the middle initial. Lyndon Baines Johnson (LBJ), Franklin Delano Roosevelt (FDR), Richard Milhouse Nixon (RMN), and more recently, William Jefferson Clinton….need I say anymore? The Dems just want to bury that Hussein name and are trying to pretend like using the middle name was not common………shame on you all.
2. The birth certificate: Barrack, just produce a real, original copy with the seal stamped on it and this all goes away. Oh, and while you’re at it, how about releasing your school records? He continues to try to hide something. Wake up folks. My grandmother used to say, “where there’s smoke, there’s fire.”…..I see plenty of smoke!!! For god’s sake, this guy couldn’t pass the screening to be a police officer and he thinks we shouldn’t thoroughly check him out to be President?!?!?!?
3. Why is this coming up now?: Plenty of reasons it could be now. First of all, it takes time to put together these lawsuits. In this case, 30 days had to pass to allow Obama time to respond. If the Republicans are behind it, you are going to release this when it has the chance of doing the most damage and causing the most mayhem. If they had done this before the Dem convention, they may have sunk him then and they would have been running against Hillary. This way, they could wait to see if Obama get’s the nomination and then spring the news late so as to not allow the opposition much time to regroup in the even Obama is forced to withdraw. Actually, it’s great strategy and the Dems would have done the same thing…….You know damn well they would have!!

You have to be kidding me!!!!! Please tell me this is a joke. We DO NOT NEED a President who is “maleable and coachable”. What if some tin pot nuke armed dictator is doing the coaching?

So if the court rules (and there are a few sites claiming that a ruling may be imminent)- if the court rules in favor of Berg, does that just remove Obama’s name from Pennsylvania, or everywhere?
Further, who would be in place then? Biden? Clinton? I have already cast my vote for McCain, but I will want it back to vote for Hillary! Do we get to have a do-over for the early voters?
I will admit, I wouldn’t be too ticked if Biden ended up president- I don’t think he would screw things as badly as Obama – and his press conferences would be hilarious, as his verbal flubs come more often than the current president’s. If McCain manages to squeak this one out (not likely)- he has Biden and Murtha to thank for a lot of it. (and Jesse Jackson I am sure didn’t help the Florida situation for Obama)
Handled right, the Fed District Court throwing out Berg for lack of standing can present a political check-mate “win” on appeal for the anti-Obama side (if not in law, in the Court of Public Opinion). Here’s how: SIMPLY SPREAD AROUND OBAMA’S APPELLATE BRIEF HAVING TO ARGUE AGAINST AN AMERICAN VOTER’S RIGHT TO RAISE THE QUESTION UNDER THE CONSTITUTION. Should be a PR disaster for the Dems and Obama!!!
I don’t get it. Its simple. Just show the original birth certificate. End of story. John McCain clarified his fulfillment of his requirements to be President. Why not Obama? I think all the protesting makes me nervous.
I really have to wonder about all the whining. If Obama isn’t a citizen, I don’t want him in the White House. If he is a citizen… fine, he needs to present the Certificate for the lawsuit, just as McCain had to when he was questioned on this same subject. If Obama believes he is above the law, again, i don’t want him in office. So what Obama and the DNC needs to do is put up or shut up. Perhaps in the future, the U.S. needs to have a thorough inquiry into the background of anyone running for office, hell we require background inve3stigations on Privates entering the Army that are more in depth than anyone apparently ran on Obama before he got into the Senate.
If Obama were not hiding anything, he would release the documents post haste.
He clearly is hiding something in his Harvard records, original vault birth certificate, and his medical records.
Is he hiding the Harvard records because they show he was receiving aid as a foreign student? Do they show something about his parentage?
Is he hiding the birth certificate because it says something different about his parentage, or place of birth?
What is he hiding in his medical records, after PROMISING he would release them??!!! He is the most secretive candidate in history, and the most potentially dangerous, and Americans naively accept this?! Unbelievable!
Obama, if you are not a fraud, then produce the birth certificate along with the medical records and Harvard records! WHAT ARE YOU HIDING?!
