Green steps, Ly Hoang Long, Vietnam.

Ly Hoang Long is represented more than once in the award collection. Runner-up with this one. My favorite.

Thanks for the fine photos. I’m always interested in seeing how the people around the world are doing.

Nature is important to me. I contribute money to my state’s Department of Natural Resources, the Sierra Club, The Audoban Society, Ducks Unlimited and the World Wildlife Fund. I try to avoid unnecessary trips in my car, and can be frequently found walking, on city buses, or my bicycle.

Pedro contributes to his local “Save the Semanticists” chapter. 🙂

  5. Kilgore Trout says:

    #1,

Pedro, you will always be number 2 in a class of 1.

  6. Li says:

If it is digital then there are no chemicals involved. . .

  7. it's just an expression says:

Green digitally enhanced piece of crap.

  8. Uncle Patso says:

Uh, I believe they’re called environmental photographers because they entered photographs in an environmental photography competition. Specifically (from the comment on the first picture in the link):”Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management’s environmental photography competition”. So it’s sort of a self-applied label, not imposed from outside.

    Nice pictures, by the way.

  9. Mr. Fusion says:

    #10, Uncle,

I agree. I think peehead is a little jealous because he can’t get pictures like that on his Etch-A-Sketch.
