Do you live in a place where fireworks are illegal? Perhaps you’ve never gotten a chance to see the amazing artwork that is usually found on them now and in the past. The ones above are from one guy’s collection. Then there’s the British Fireworks Museum site.

Don’t forget to heed the words of this fireworks label if you play with real fireworks. Happy 4th!

I like this part of the warning label > “DANGER: FLAME WITH LOUD REPORT. DO NOT USE IN CHILDREN.” These Chinese manufacturers really crack me up.

I live in Canada and I remember when this stuff was legal here decades ago. The stuff we used to get away with, I’m surprised I still have all my limbs. Of course we never did try to use these “IN CHILDREN”.

I really love looking at those covers especially the Killer Blonde one, just as much fun as lighting them.

    Banning fireworks is anti-Darwinism.

Aw man, that’s just gross. What’s coming out of those blown-up stumps looks way to much like your namesake. Ugh!!!
