WestJet has been using cell phone boarding passes since last year. There’s also some airlines in Europe and Japan that do the same thing.
Not to sound like a gripe. But is there a way to do the old style Tech5 imbed? I liked being able to adjust the volume on my browser, since it doesn’t play through my Metric Halo into my big speakers.. This is way too loud.
pedro, I didn’t know Air Canada was doing it as well. I never use them, the abuse quotient is just too high.
arrrgh… you new player setup doesn’t work! I takes me to a site that never finishes “loading” the program. Can you bring back the old player until you get the bugs worked out?

I don’t like the idea that there are some bias going on when it comes to prioritizing passengers on board. This sounds like an abuse to me.
