Some video highlights of McCain contradicting himself.

  1. Wow. a politician who says one thing one minute and something else the next minute. And the media won’t cover it. BASTARDS! Who knew this sort of thing ever happened? Stop the presses.

Coming soon from the same producers:

Shocker: Some lawyers are crooked, a documentary.

Scandal: Some charities spend most of their money on administrative fees.

The Who knew report: Milk goes sour if you leave it out!

  2. Mr. Gawd Almighty says:

Look for the media to be giving McBush a little more attention over the next few months. He is known already for his gaffes, when they start making the news, “Flip Flopper” won’t be kind enough.

He will be his own worst enemy.

  3. jbenson2 says:

The media is certainly covering Obama’s saying one thing one minute and something else the next minute.

First it is a meeting with Iran with no pre-conditions,
then it is a meeting with Iran with preparations.

    Gravy for the general election.

  4. Improbus says:

At this point Republicans are their own worst enemy.

  5. Jack Flanders says:

What makes this particularly bad for McCain is his OWN branding of his campaign as the ‘straight talk express'(TM). Sure most politicians cover their ass and double-speak. But McCain has positioned himself as the guy who specifically does NOT do that…the ‘straight talker’ who will tell you the truth no matter if it’s popular or not. So when HE does this (saying whatever the audience in front of him at the moment wants to hear) and getting caught on video just being a normal slimy politician, it’s doubly bad.

Imagine IF Bill Clinton made the point of his Presidency about sexual abstinence and sexual morality. He didn’t…but what if he DID campaign on that and THEN got caught in an affair?

It’s bad enough if you get caught doing something wrong, but if you’ve specifically run on the point that you’ll NEVER do that specific thing, it’s worse.

  6. Dallas says:

The official GOP response on this important video has just been release on CNN, MSNBC and the Disney Channel.

“the democrats forget too, nanna nanna boo boo”

  7. eblonk says:

The same people that preferred a Vietnam dodger over a Vietnam veteran, the people that bashed Vietnam protesters over their treatment of those veterans, had no problem flip-flopping and damning a Vietnam veteran, and went to choose a guy who hadn’t worn a uniform while beng sober. Those people will have no problem adjusting their doublespeak to support McCain.

  8. andy says:

ever notice how when a republican gets caught – it’s always “well, everyone does it”

someone buy mccain a train set and engineer’s cap and be done with it

  9. RBG says:

I cut it down just a bit more for convenience and came up with:

“You’ve got to ask yourself one question: ‘Do I feel lucky?’ Well, do ya, punk?”

What can I say? Likewise, these were his own words. I didn’t make them up. It’s there.

That montage was stunning in its obvious weakness. But I did like the dramatic music.

And I liked the part where Lieberman helped correct McCain’s typical unholy, damnable two-faced misspeak. Every President-in-waiting should have a former Democrat VP nominee at his side.

  10. jlm says:

I’ll never understand how McBush became the Republican front runner…well unless they admit to rigging it, then I might understand

  11. Doomed says:

Hussein, Billary, and this basket case; – man am I proud to say I sent money to Ron Paul.

  12. Matt says:

Video appears to be unavailable now…

    Anyone have a mirror?
