I loved it. I agree with John that Fox Business Channel will eventually dominate that niche. News Corp buying Dow Jones certainly won’t hurt but FBC’s big strength is Cavuto. He’s really, really good. I wish the segment had been longer.
John looks like Ben Franklin. All he needs is a puffy shirt, a kite and a key.
I haven’t seen Fox Business yet.

c’mon now. He doesn’t have the proper front-of-head:back-of-head hair ratio for it to be a mullet. Let us not abuse the true definition of a mullet.
Thinking of the humanity — all the Yahoo employees that will have to move on to other jobs is important. The Python-Alligator metaphor seems to encompass the whole stinking deal.
John raises a great point. When microsoft buys Yahoo. what would they do with it, and what about the overlap of people who go to both sites. Of course in typical Microsoft personality, you know they won’t be happy until they get their way.
I do hear however that Microsoft is trying to lax up at their offices. Trying to give themselves the Silicon Valley work ethics.

OMG! John joins the Dark Side. This failing financial network is the pits. I’m surprised they didn’t have lottery numbers on the crawl! I did notice how Mr. Cavuto jabbed John when he said something against News Corp. (a subsidiary of Bushco, Inc.)

John we know the long hair and the convertible go together,there is nothing better than wind blowing thru your hair.I really love the Gator-Python analogy.Lets all hope that it happens just the way you predict it.I see M$ and the U.$. as in the same funk right now.Both institutions have lost their way and no one wants them to find their way because of how much damage we can do when we wake up.The banks and oil companies have had to much say in our country.All this country needs is an energy policy like Germany, a balanced budget and a limit on trade deficits..With those 3 items we are once again the most powerful economic engine in the world.It really is that simple.Now for M$ problems I don’t see any way out.I just hope we don’t get splattered when Yahoo claws its way out.

Hey Mr. D, nice TV spot, they might even call you back. Cavuto’s one of the few at Fox that doesn’t abuse his guests – watch out if Hannity or Orielly want you to guest. Last time I saw you in action was ONEBBSCON in San Francisco a few years back, the best stuff in the bar at the Hilton. We both got older but you’re just as sharp!
