Click pic to watch Tom explain all

For many years, Tom Cruise has been one of the top actors in Hollywood who has dated and married some of the world’s best looking women. Yeah, occasionally his wacky ‘religious’ beliefs have gotten him into trouble, but then he’d make another blockbuster film and so what if the tabloids made money on his personal life. He put himself out there.

Well, watch this video and see if you can figure out what the hell he’s talking about. Yes, it’s edited to make him look bad, but still… Wow!

Hopefully the video will stay up, unlike the original on YouTube that got yanked.

  1. the Three-Headed Cat™ says:

…and I say cut to the chase; it’s all ridiculous crap.

  2. Phillep says:

Scientology is potentually as dangerous as the most extreme Moslem groups. They can easily take a turn toward suicide bombs if they start going for power instead of just money.

The average Christian is harmless. Chances are the most bigotted of you anti-christians knows dozens of highly religious people, but regard them as “normal” because they have sense enough not to talk around people who display such ignorant hatred.

  3. OhForTheLoveOf says:

#19 – Like you have something better to do?

    My boss thinks I do.

  4. OhForTheLoveOf says:

#23 – boohoo, acting is hard.

Who said we should cry over it… …but it is hard… …and rewarding… …and I don’t see you doing it.

  5. the Three-Headed Cat™ says:

…and, pedro, at it’s best, it’s one of the highest forms of art. But you’re not liable to know that ’til you consign your Tom Green and Pauly Shore DVDs to the nearest landfill radioactive waste containment facility. 🙂

  6. MRCODER says:

    Religious persecution

  7. Fahrquar says:

ALL ABOARD!!! THE SHORT BUS IS NOW LEAVING FOR LOS ANGELES!!! What a motivator….(YAWN)

  8. matto says:

Just wondering – does the COS have permission to use the Mission Impossible music in their video? Because it would be kind of ironic if they don’t.

  9. the Three-Headed Cat™ says:

“Just wondering – does the COS have permission to use the Mission Impossible music in their video? Because it would be kind of ironic if they don’t.”

Not hardly. Xenu Jr. there bought those rights in prep for the first MI. Now if Peter Graves so much as tries to hum the theme anywhere in the Western Hemisphere, he’ll get a gang of Beverley Hills IP lawyers up his ass faster than you can say ‘suppressive person.’

  10. bobbo says:

#31–Mark==thanks for the info==but it sounds like a guess? Good guess though and if its true, it would explain why no one is talking–even years later which is also very unusual.

So—it is crazier than most other religions to control individual behavior so closely? That makes it a cult rather than a major religion, no matter how many people join it.

  11. JoJo Dancer says:

Pedro, you numb nut. All that we are saying is that some of us know how to separate a character on screen from the actual person and the real life they live. Sadly for many, maybe that is you, seem to care a great deal about both.

Also dog fighting rings and guerrilla extremists are many “Laws” away from practicing a religion. As far as we know, Tom has yet to commit a crime. If and when he does obstruct the law in a major way, then yes this/he would be something to talk about. But until then let the guy do what he so chooses. Even if it is psychologically strange and weird to the everyday person.

  12. Mark T. says:

bobbo, the part about Kidman’s parents being in the medical field is accurate. Also, it has been documented by ex-Scientologists that the “auditing” that is required reveals copious amounts of personal info. All of this is recorded in Church records. They would likely know just about every embarrassing thing that Kidman has ever done or even thought.

The author of that new Cruise tell-all book that is coming out soon is one of the people reporting that Kidman’s parents, specifically the dad, were the cause of the breakup. The author is also just one of the many people that puts forth the blackmail scenario for silencing ex-Scientologists. It apparently is their modus operandi.

Check out some snippets of the new book:

  13. the Three-Headed Cat™ says:

NK was never a Scientologist. This is what led to their eventual breakup, particularly her objection to the kids being indoctrinated into the “Church.”

As a wealthy person – in fact, as the sole profit center of a multimillion-dollar business which is hers – her considerable array of expert legal counsel has wisely advised her to not engage in a public pissing match with her ex, which would lead to the “Church” horning in, and tons of money thrown away fighting the legal harassment which is a specialty of the CoS.

It’s a wise business decision. They don’t have Jack Shit on her. She’s lived an exemplary life, particularly for a superstar.

Actually, anyone with any good sense makes it a point to avoid courtroom action involving those sociopathic humanoids.

  14. Judge Jewdy says:

The cheese has slid off his cracker.

  15. wow gold says:

Hey, what the hell he is ?
I really don’t know why so many ppl love him.
    Handsome ? maybe

  16. Subversive Person says:

I just heard John on TWiT talking about Scientology in the same sentence as the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormons).

John – if you’re listening – Scientology is a CULT and LDS is not. Do some reading please.

    Signed,

    Not a Mormon.

Jan.25,2010 Dear Tom; There are too many people out in this world, that don’t really know nothing about anything;but, they are,”so judgemental”and think they have all the answers to every thing!as for myself,I mostly just sit back listen and watch;I don’t like making any type of judgements; You have a right to express your opinion. I do have some opinions, that I conclude from my own personal experiences.(about sixty years). This is what this is about.I will tell you I am Religious and believe in God.The day you were on the Opra show; I was watching.I have been a care giver for many years; helping family members; The thing you said about giving hallucinating medications to people who have a mental disorder;you were so right!! I don’t believe in any type of drugs like this; legal or not.In helping family members I have had to deal with this, and it doesn’t make any common sense to me;it is a double standard: It is just a legal way by law for drug companies and Doctors; just to be drug dealers, and make money off of these people that really need help. I don’t see the difference between the street drugs and the medicines that Physicians prescribe; supposely to help mental patients; It don’t help them! just makes them worse! Doctors will prescribe a medication, and the patient may take it; say mabe a couple of months, it stops working, patient gets worse, then; the doctor changes the medicine; this continues till the person can’t tell the difference between reality and illusions. These people are even required to dose themselves which in most of cases leads to over dosing, and death. This is one of the top reasons that there are people on the streets seeking street drugs. There are still some good and honest physicians out there, but, they are now Rare and hard to find. I wanted to write you about this, but,I didn’t know how to get in touch with you. As for Scientology; I’m not really familar with the religion, but, from some of the things I have heard about their beliefs, makes alot of sense. I heard you are movie producer; I thought you might like to discuss this issue with me. I can give you alot more information that would make a great movie. This story needs to be told; but, the drug companies don’t want it told. I can provide some proof. The drug companies are making a fortune from these people and the government;A months supply of abilify is over $400. People are littery dying from these drugs. If anyone out there has an opinion please send an email. sincerely,Bea Email: beaprince7@gmail.com
