TV set manufacturers playing catch-up, as usual. Speaking of network connected TVs.
Most of the industrial world – excepting you-know-who – is adding IPTV to the mix of sources at a steady pace. Satellite distribution, and to a lesser extent, cable providers, already provide network links via Ethernet.
Other means – AppleTV, Sling, most prominent – make it easy especially the networking.
