Taken at the crash scene
Investigators are trying to determine how police and paramedics responding to a car crash failed to notice the body of an elderly woman inside a badly damaged vehicle.
Shirley Lee Williams, 72, of Paso Robles was discovered Sunday beneath an air bag in the front passenger seat at an impound yard in the San Fernando Valley, police said. The vehicle was towed to the yard the previous day after paramedics pulled her son from the same car and took him to a hospital.
Williams came to investigators’ attention after family members reported her missing.
Sharp, disciplined, thorough investigators – I might add.
Definitely worse than an oops! – were these clowns on the way to a doughnut break or what?
I could see how it could happen. Obviously the body wasn’t in plain sight. One person shouted one occupant, and the others assumed.
Just needed to count the old bags.
…It’s my first day..
Quack Quack Quack!
On the bright side, she didn’t get tasered.
If you read the article, her son, the driver, told everyone that he was the only person in the car. What’s up with that?

Ummm…he’d just been in a what looks to be a fairly heavy head on collision? I think that’s probably what was up…..hey…wait…where was GWB the night before he took office….much could be explained…
They forgot her because her tits were not firm.
