What an idiot! He hears his car crash into the ditch and looks over to see what the noise is. The car is out of site and he still doesn’t realize his car is gone. Har!
SUVs have no Handbrakes? Or people have the bad habit of setting to N instead of P…
Well I had a friend’s car dive 8 meters into the river on a similar stunt…unbelievable…

I drive stick and I always make sure that I’ve got the parking brake on and the car in gear before I get out.

That’s great! As funny as driving down a 6 lane divided boulevard and see a strange vehicle pass on the left. No problem, until you realize it’s your horse trailer!! (Empty and no accidents, thank FSM). At least the trailer hitch company made reparations for the whole deal once they realized the amounts for which they could be held liable. 😆

I believe this was a “candid camera” type thing and the driver was in on it.
one more reason to stick with manual transmission over automatic.
