I think that was a Singapore advertisement, maybe filmed in New Zealand. The orthopod is a Norwegian with a Wisconsin accent.
Given the web address at the end of the ad, I’d guess its shown in Malaysia.
And, seriously – Dvorak.com uses the http_referrer to block spam on the messageboard. I had mine set to not show, so it wouldn’t let me post. How quaint (1990’s) – there are better ways.

How quaint the Dvorak has gone from the presenter of odd but interesting non-main stream topics to the historic society of the internet. I thought this was old so a quick Google search brings up Summer 2006 as the first publication of this video on the internet.
