A stereotypical comment does not make one a bigot or racist. Screaming someone is, is usually a good sign that the second commenter is.
It is a hilarious photo and this invites comments. Unless someone can suggest what about J-F’s watermelon comment makes him a bigot, or even just an “uncalled for” comment, then I suggest looking at the picture. THERE IS A GREEN WATER BALLOON RESEMBLING A WATERMELON FLYING THROUGH THE AIR.

If either of you really believe what you are saying here, you suffer from deep delusions. The point of racist stereotypes is to demean and dehumanize the people targeted. Both the person making the stereotypical comment and his supporters are engaging in the demeaning and dehumanizing behavior.
And, spare us the ‘anyone who identifies behavior as being racist and criticizes it is a racist’ sophistry. It doesn’t pass even a kindergarten level of analysis.
