This video provides a look at a new feature that has been added to Google Maps, which provides a street level view of some cities that can be rotated 360 degrees. I have already used the feature and is quite intuitive.

  1. @$tr0Gh0$t says:

I wonder if there was a party for the release of this feature… I wonder if John was invited 😉

  2. Google never invites me to anything they ever do.

  3. YeahRight says:

John, would you tell us if you were ever invited by Google ? Keep us posted, ok … 😉

  4. undissembled says:

Video was extremely gay, but informative.

  5. BubbaRay says:

This is one of the most innovative features I’ve seen. I wonder how much it will improve (re: more cities) in the future? That must be terabytes of data already. Cheese, I’d better go mow that front lawn.

  6. Jägermeister says:

Too bad they don’t have Google Beach map… I’m sure the nude beaches would be a hit…

  7. hhopper says:

That’s a cool feature, but the video production was atrocious.

  8. Gig says:

Spanky the gay guy in the video must have had the server to himself when they did the video. It is WAY slower than that online.

  9. tallwookie says:

    This’d be great for tourism

  10. Dallas says:

Did he say ” Oh look, Gayble car”. I’m sure he did

  11. TJGeezer says:

10 – Yup. “Gayble car.” Definitely.
