Those photos are heart-wrenching, especially if you have children of your own.

  5. timelady says:

Oh. Off to hug my lot. One is having a growth removed next month – 99% likely just a cyst, but you always fear.

This is heartwrenching and beautiful and damned moving.

  6. Anthony says:

never has something made me want to give to charity as much as this post. Its the first time i have seen what happens when dying from such a horrible illness. Thanks for posting John

  7. Derek V. says:

Thanks for sharing this with us.

  8. Thomas says:

I went through the same thing with my wife.

They tortured her for a year and a half, then finally let her die.

The medical profession has a lot to answer for.

    Just an opinion.

    They’re both very brave.

  9. Bob says:

This is the toughest thing in the world – watching your child die after a long and painful struggle. I did it with my son who died of cancer at the age of 20 after battling the disease from the age of eight. You cherish every moment of your child’s tenuous existence while doing what you would normally consider impossible.

  10. doug says:

that was truly heartbreaking. but thank you for posting it.

  11. curmudgen says:

It’s too soon for me to watch it. Maybe later, if I can find it.
