John, I can’t post my spam, and I’m from Minnesoooooota – Land of 10,000 Lakes, 24,209 Swamps, 2 Fish, and Hormel’s Spam — WTF? 🙂
Ummm, NO…
Im having fun, sending you notices of Spam being posted on the back pages…
Its fun…
I’ll do my best. Death to spam. Wait a minute — isn’t the “I get no Spam” ad right here in the left column?? 🙂
I get no EMAIL SPAM ..it has little to do with the blog spam
It’s blocking everything I type.
Getting this error:
Regex ID: 30547 (Actually i am not an active serfer) appears to be an invalid regex string! Please fix it in the Blacklist control panel.
Sorry, but your comment has been flagged by the spam filter running on this blog: this might be an error, in which case all apologies. Your comment will be presented to the blog admin who will be able to restore it immediately.
You may want to contact the blog admin via e-mail to notify him.
IF’
You read the RSS, its been hit again…
I would suggest LOCING all those threads/posts up after 1 week to 1 month… They are on all the Older stuff…which no one see’s
This is the comment that I got when I tried posting
so I guess you must have some issues

But I thought John C Dvorak.org/blog didn’t get spam? 😀
I was being blocked from posting on the blog yesterday with the same error message as #6.
If this message gets saved, I suppose it is fixed for me for now.
It’s blocking my comments…I swear, I’m not a spammer!!
I’ve already contacted you, since I wasn’t able to post yesterday. I’m curious though…why not have a bot-test instead for posting?
As far as I’ve heard, the “graphic with weird-looking letters/numbers and having to type that” works pretty well, doesn’t it?
Just got the same as #6 while commenting on AMD’s hardware DRM. Don’t know what word in my comment could have triggered the filter
Just got the same as #6 while commenting on AMD’s hardware DRM
???
I can post links in my posts
same as #6
I got a spam blocked message similar to Petrov’s earlier – and now I can post without going through the Captcha system. Yay!
#6 – I got the same message when I tried to post a URL yesterday.
I tried to post a regular message and got the same reply as #6
I also got a spam blocked message earlier, exactly the same as 6 and 10.
If this gets saved, I guess it’s fixed.
1. Minnesota is where spam comes from? I think I speak for all military veterans by this comment: Lets turn Minnesota into a glass parking lot, now!
But the little green thingies irritate more than the Capcha, or is that some kind of trade-off?
Looks like ECA can still post, so I’m afraid it’s still broken.
#6 same here
It blocks everything I tried to post so far – let see if this will post
I don’t even get the Capcha just the error message.
I got the same error message just now
same as #6. let me roar, dammit! filter me not! ROAR!
I am still having trouble posting, I get the same Regex id:30547. I promise, its not spam either. Lets see if I can post this
