The fact is too many ISP’s are weasels with no backbone. Just because a lawyer sends you a nasty note doesn’t mean you have to cave. This is amateur hour when you do that. Perkel, who used to sysop the EFF, I can assure you will not knuckle under to idle threats. People using ISP’s who have no fortitude should quit them.

Are there any limits to the violent rhetoric coming out of KSFO? Apparently not. It’s not enough to talk about “a bull’s-eye painted on [Pelosi’s] big, wide laughing eyes.” (then pretend you said no such thing) Or talk about killing and torturing people like Lee Rogers and Brian Sussman do.
Now Melanie Morgan of Disney Radio station KSFO 560 AM wants to dig up the grave of a dead person and kill them again!

Hey I love KSFO. It’s the most entertaining radio station around. You guys take things too seriously.
Sure, they’re a pack of clowns playing to the cheap seats…
But to silence them is as much against democratic principles as anything they spew. By all means, let the sponsors know that you’ll boycott them if they continue to support the clowns – but calling on the government to silence people you disagree with is the sort of shit that totalitarians love.

Fools only need to be outed. Usually they can commit suicide all by themselves. Advertisers don’t like getting caught up in political ambushes.
