Oh, man — first CNN, now Yahoo News. As you know, CNN has apologized to Barack Obama for putting his name on a picture of Osama Bin Laden. Now Yahoo News has committed the opposite blunder: On their photo page, the caption on their photo of Obama reads, “Osama bin Laden and al-Qaida.”

He could beat Hillary, he could become president, and this conspiracy proves that, because they wouldn’t have taken the time if they didn’t think he could become president, or it could just be a conspiracy. But this is a drop in the water, because I think people know him more for his best selling book “The Audacity of Hope”, which is still top 3 on Amazon. Number 1 on New Yorks Best Seller, 7th on USA todays, anyway you get the point.
I think the real reason this keeps on happening is because people know that they’ll get on “dvorak.org/blog” by screwing up what-his-names name.

And let’s not forget CNN ran a hit piece comparing Obama to President of Iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad based on a shirt he was wearing.

There is no way Obama will get nominated. The GOP does not have an absolute exclusive on bigotry. If it looks like he has a chance, expect another glorious Lee Oswald moment.

It’s an easy mistake to make with such similar names. Remember…it’s newspaper people who end up screwing up wedding annoucements and obituaries.
#9 — Yes it does look almost like bloggable material ..but the story is a little thin seems to me. And we try to thematically point out the foibles of adults, not kids who seem kind of pathetic. If it was an evil kid it would be better fodder for us. This is just sad..
#10 — Did you see the recent Newsweek poll that found 93% of registered voters would be willing to support a black candidate? It’s only a Newsweek poll, but still, maybe you should have a little more faith in the modern electorate.
There is a good chance that these are not typos, but intentional misspellings by right leaning writers trying to be ‘cute’. Most typos are either grammatical (and caught by spell checkers), or adjacent letter typos, where you hit a letter in close proximity to the one that you intended.
It’s not a conspiracy, but there are enough randomly placed news writers with right-wing leanings that this type of ‘cute’ joke is bound to show up… I just hope that their managers recognize it for waht it is (intentional) and fire the jerks.
There is a clear pattern here. None of these instances are mistakes.
Let’s not forget the right-wing commentator Debbie Schlussel who, in her December 18 column, asked if Obama’s loyalties were with the US or with extremist Islamists. Clearly the right-wingers are trying to associate him with Islamist extremists.
It’s all simple. Bigotry, idiots. I laugh at those who thinks racism doesn’t exist in America or any where else for that matter.The plain field is not level nor will it ever be. This country will first fall apart before it happens.
