    Hell, when I was in the Army, all the Texas good ole boys loved to sing this comic song about “Let’s keep the n**rs and the j*ws out of Texas.” I guess the reality of demographics and geography just added another ingredient to the stew.

    A little off topic — but wanna here a decent Mexican band? They are called Kinky. I saw them in Seattle at Bumbershoot and they brought the place down.

    By the way, I really can’t stand most Mexican music. I’ve heard too darn much of it blaring out of car windows when I lived in Fresno.

    Last Country song I liked this much was “Disco Sucks” by Chuck Waggon and the Wheels.
