NYC does have the best water of any city its size, and and better than many of those quite smaller. Our water comes right from the catskill mountains. The city long ago bought up all the water rights for all the streams feeding the aquifiers the city draws from.

This site is a joke; the Condom-On isn’t a real product. The creator, Joshua Davis, thought up the idea, but has never actually manufactured it, but made the site and commercial and would like to try to sell it.

I’ve been using the giant-sized one for about six months.
It fits nicely over my car and I get about 50 mpg now.
And I get a lot of looks, let me tell you! It’s especially effective in tunnels and I like tunnels…
