Irish Coffee, Apparently a health food!

US: Coffee helps battle liver disease – research : Beverage News & Comment — Makes sense to me.

Heavy alcohol drinkers may reduce their risk of acquiring the liver disease cirrhosis if they drink coffee, according to a study in the US’s Archives of Internal Medicine.

    Ah those days of Irish Coffees are gone for me now, but I do recall a great convienient recipe.

    In a lot of your neighborhood liquor stores they have those mini bottles right by check out. Well the one near me had Irish Whisky, Bailiy’s Irish Cream, and Kalua. 1 of each and A large Cup of your favorite to go coffee. There’s a drink to get you to Jig.
