A juror who sent Scott Peterson to death row says she’s been corresponding for nearly a year with the former fertilizer salesman convicted in the murder of his pregnant wife.
Richelle Nice told People magazine that she and Peterson have exchanged about two dozen letters since August.

I believe I read the lady has been in treatment for emotional problems.

I bet the therapist didn’t mean for her to mail it either.
And when Peterson responded to her letter:
“I started shaking and crying and hyperventilating,” the 36-year-old told the magazine in an issue hitting newsstands Friday. “I didn’t know what to do. I wondered, `Do I call the police? Do I even want to open it?”‘
Evidently she decided to read it and send Peterson more letters.
Is she related to any of the jurists that were on the Michael Jackson jury?

This is a great reason why NOT to see a therapist when you are depressed. I just don’t understand how anyone, let alone a licensed therapist, would advise a vulnerable woman to write a deeply personal letter to a known pathological liar and woman manipulator.
OK, she felt terrible for voting for the death sentence. So, she wrote him a letter saying “Why did you kill her.” He wrote back a very polite letter, I did not kill her. And, I am a very nice guy you have sentenced to death.” Now, she is being manipulated by this creep into who knows what dark labryinth of psychological despair and guilt.
I say, let’s sentence the therapist to the same fate.
Tsk, tsk. The lesson, don’t go to a therapist until their profession starts policing itself so ones like this can’t do more damage.

The goal of the letter was for her to vent. I’ve done them in the past, you’re supposed to burn them or tear them up, not mail the bloody things.

Scott Peterson never killed his wife. Hopefully, the real killer/killers will be found. I see no evidence showing Scott Peterson Killed his wife. We all know OJ Simpson killed his wife, but where’s the evidence Scott Peterson Killed his wife? I predict, the real killer will be caught within 2 years time.

Petersen is innocent – yeah right – and that’s her real hair color too.
Unfortunately, Scott can’t devote his life to finding the real killer like OJ has. So we will never know.
Maybe Scott can still avoid the magic needle – anyone who would kill a magnificent looking wife like Laci – must be insane.

Anyway, I agree- this chick is totally in it for the money. She won’t even have to write a book- just sell the letters to the highest bidder and she’s got Marlboro’s and Bud Light for life! Probably have new tires put on her mobile home too. Sweeeeet.

NOW it’s time to PROMOTE FRANK SWERTLOW”S book “WE the JURY” Deciding Scott Peterson’s Fate, to be released Oct. 2006. What better way to promote his book than write ANOTHER article in PEOPLE Magazine regarding Richelle Nice writing Scott Peterson. Oh Richelle, if you will send a letter and see if Scott will respond, you can make you some money to buy you a new tatoo, six pak, and your HAPPY DRUGS!!!!

Now how could you say that he is guilty when the case is not really resolved. Personally, I just do not believe that Evelyn Hernandez’s death’s and Lacy’s are unrealated.
They both disappeared on a Wednesday.
They were both carrying boys.
They showed up dead in the same vicinity with almost identical injuries.

After the trial Richelle claims she heard enough from Scott Peterson and THEN she proceeds to write to him. She obviously cannot keep her story straight. The woman is a mental case. She only needs Scott’s confession so that she can sleep better at night. She knows she has sentenced an innocent man to death.

This is my first time on this site so I’m going to touch on all the above comments since I know STUPCHELLE personally.
GEORGE, YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT. SKANK IS THE PERFECT WORD FOR STUPCHELLE. Not 4 letters, 2. I never read the letter before she sent it, but she might have been venting about her situatation with her kids father. I’m sure it had nothing to do with an exercise from the theripist. She is having problems with her kids father because he was to young for her when theY got together. She is 10 years his senior. He was wild when they got together and she thought she would be able to change him especially after she deliberately had the kids to try and keep him. This was after she had already had the first 2 kids by 2 different fathers. Yes, there are 3 fathers involved not 2. That alone is enough to drive you crazy. Speaking of crazy. Richelle has managed to make the therapist think she is actually crazy so she can be placed on permenent disability. This she was working on before the trial started which is why the therapist sessions were going on during the trial. It had nothing to do with the trial. Yes, she is all about the money and getting stoned. It’s bad when your 16 year old son (who has not attended school in past 2 years) tells you that you are an unfit mother because of your daily actions. REBEL MAKE IT STOP! TO FUNNY, BEST COMMENT YET. I hope the next mug shot of her does her some justice. In person she really is an unattractive women. Yes, MONEY, MONEY, MONEY! Stupcelle is very unstable person. Anybody who would use the trial ( a senseless murder) as a way to get their therapist to put them on permanent disablility is very unstable. She made the therapist think the details from the trial had her waking up having nightmares at night, she can’t get these images out of her head, ect. Well, she wasn’t thinking about any of those images while we were getting stoned. All she kept talking about was what she was going to do when she gets the money from this book deal. I say this because I know Stupchelle personally. She was in a deep depression after the 3rd father (yes 3 not 2) started cheating on her. I’m not really sure why she thought he wouldn’t cheat on her when he was with someone else when he started cheating with her. Besides that, he was too young for her when they got together. She is 10 years his senior. She really needs to get her life together. You’d think she would have started thinking about that when her 16 year old son told her she was an unfit mother. She hasn’t been seeing a therapist for 17 years, but your close George. I bet she heard enough from Scott after the trial. She tried her best to get back with the kids father (even with him cheating and getting with someone else by this time), but he told her he didn’t want anything to do with her while she was writing Scott or the other person in jail. Well, that back fired on her.
Yes, what goes around comes around. She started talking about the book deal and how much money she was going to get. Then she went on to say how she’d take him to court for more child support and all that stuff. He only got back with her so she wouldn’t ask for child support for the second son and so he could get dibs on whatever money she is going to get for contributing her made up thoughts to the book. She gets child support for the first son because the father had doughts and he wanted a maternity test. Yep, he left her again already. She don’t even get the first dollar for the book yet. That’s what she gets for being all about the money.
So, as you see, she keeps misery in her own life. I could go on and on, but I think I’ll write a book.
