A juror who sent Scott Peterson to death row says she’s been corresponding for nearly a year with the former fertilizer salesman convicted in the murder of his pregnant wife.
Richelle Nice told People magazine that she and Peterson have exchanged about two dozen letters since August.

Amazing that this woman can even have an original thought! To correspond with him is ludacris. Reading the People magazine story when it came out where she discussed corresponding with him was very eerie. How does she sleep at night? It must give her some sense of Power with this dude – and he with her. Think about it. It’s an insult to Laci’s life, her son, her family, and the whole system. Maybe Richelle just can’t let go of the Attention and Press? And for her to say she has ‘no motives’ in her correspondence – Hah ! Sorry honey, just aren’t buying it. You are truly full of s—! What’s next? The press announcement that you and Scott are engaged and will be having a prison wedding? Or will there be an announcement that you now think he is innocent? You are as manipulative as he is, if not More so! You should go get a job and try and be productive in your life. Give your children a legacy they can be proud of, rather than being reminded that their mother couldn’t let go of a convicted wife and child murder! Get a Life…. Do something, but spare us all the drama and public manipulation. Maybe you’ve used too much red dye on your head? can a person with “severe mental problems” such as people have stated this juror had really serve on a jury, in a death row case no less??? some of you said she had been in and out of mental institutions, is this true?
non the less, with the lack of phsysical evidence, i was suprised at the conviction. do i think he did it, most likely, he did. but with any reasonable doubt, aren’t jurys supposed to aquitt??
the state and prosecution should have ordered scott to stay in the state of california, had him surrender his passport, and and kept a close eye on him while they built a stronger, solid case.
now with all the ridiculous stuff that went on in the trial, there is a chance of the conviction being overturned.
I read several of the posted comments, which Some I agreed with and several I found to be very imature and from very young and or uneducated individuals or perhaps both. As for Rose Moore who states that there is no proof that he in deed killed his wife and unborn child , I feel she must be related to him, maybe another mentally unstable penpal or has alot of time on her hands and lives in a fantasy world that lacks common sense. As far as Scott peterson, I am not highly religious yet he wil have to answer to a higher power. In addition I do feel he should not be allowed to have ANY penpals it is in a sense like rewarding his bad behavior.

I for one think that Scott is innocent. Not just because I think he is sexy but because I there wasnt any evidence. He doesnt deserve to be in prison and waiting for the life to be sucked out of him, I mean sure he cheated but he didnt kill them.
