Arthur Vanmoor was once known as “Big Pimpin’ Pappy”, the Dutchman who at the start of the decade was responsible for 90% of the escort business advertising in the Broward County Yellow Pages. It’s a profession for which he served time in prison and was later deported, but now, he wants to sue some of his former customers for his problems.

Vanmoor said the 6 customers he’s suing customers broke the law after purchasing time with the escorts, which he claims ultimately led to his arrest, incarceration and deportation.

To pay the $245-per-hour escort fee, attorney Montgomery Sibley says the men signed a credit card slip that said, “Cardholder states that this transaction is not for illegal activity.” Had Vanmoor been notified that these men were breaking the law and violating the agreement’s terms, “he could have refunded the credit card charges as an act of withdrawal, abandonment, or renunciation,” according to the lawsuit.

You can be certain the Yellow Pages listing offers you quality service.

OK, the hookers come with a “terms of agreement” contract? When will the hookers start coming with mail in rebates?

  2. That’s fantastic, I love it.

The “escorts” get $245 / hr. How much is the pimp’s lawyer getting?

Pimp Arthur, I got your EULA.

Have you ever noticed that the two major advertisers in the Yellow Pages, in terms of page count, are “escorts” and lawyers? They both fuck you out of your money.
