You may have heard of a partridge in a pear tree but few expect to find a opossum in their Christmas tree. That’s exactly what a family in Schuylkill County discovered.
“I was sitting here going over my homework and all of a sudden I heard a rustle. I looked over at the tree and the angel popped off and this head popped up. At first I thought I was imagining things, then it moved,” recounted Mary Kathleen O’Connor.
It’s certainly a Christmas miracle that no one was hurt!

I think that this whole thing was staged, but that is just a thought.
Last night, Christmas Eve, I ran into my next door neighbor while she was going out to get a bottle of wine. I went with her and got a bottle myself. When we got back to our apartments which are adjacent I offered her a drink of my Cabernet. We ended up drinking the whole bottle in her apartment. We did a slow Christmas dance and one thing led to another and we started making out! I lifted her up to her bed and banged out jingles in the likes of “oohs” and “ahhs” and “oh my gods”…
Now, THAT was a bloody miracle! I still can’t believe it happened.
My Christmas gift and wish came true. It CAME true! 🙂
