Wrongful Imprisonment: Anatomy of a CIA Mistake — All about the “Rendition Squad.” This should be an HBO series (or Showtime since it seems kinda pervy). This story is enough to make anyone queasy. It’s now breaking because the CIA apparently grabbed the wrong guy. Unless, of course, this is all disinformation or even an attempt to discredit something or other. Who knows? It could all be BS. Whatever the case this part of the story was the weirdest:
Members of the Rendition Group follow a simple but standard procedure: Dressed head to toe in black, including masks, they blindfold and cut the clothes off their new captives, then administer an enema and sleeping drugs. They outfit detainees in a diaper and jumpsuit for what can be a day-long trip. Their destinations: either a detention facility operated by cooperative countries in the Middle East and Central Asia, including Afghanistan, or one of the CIA’s own covert prisons — referred to in classified documents as “black sites,” which at various times have been operated in eight countries, including several in Eastern Europe.
So which member of the “team” does the enema and puts on the diaper? My guess: the new guy. CIA case workers are going to be taking a lot of ribbing over this one.

I thought I could find anything funny. I laughed at the the fake volkswagen commercial (suicide bomber) and made jokes about Jeffrey Dahmer. But you found something I can’t find funny. I’m impressed.
This rendition thing is an abomination. It reduces the moral credibility of the U.S. to slightly below the level of the kidnappers and murderers in Iraq. This goes all the way up to the president, who is perfectly aware of, and defending, these practices. Don’t believe this man when he calls himself a Christian! He is a liar and has the deaths of tens of thousands of Iraqi civilans on his head.
A club over the head seems more economical. Wouldn’t that help balance the budget.
…so, now…I’m curious…exactly WHOM in the government is getting torture tricks from Fetish flicks? Does one agent dress up in a white nurses uniform (with white stiletto heels) while the other dons a latex and leather body suit?
I’m starting to wonder if we could balance the budget by turning this torture into low-quality porn flicks to sell on the web…
The CIA hates this war, and is leaking like crazy to attack the President. That’s why the whole Plame ‘leak’ got started, that’s why the story of the prisons is out there.

I agree that most of the CIA hates this war and wish to embarrass dubya and the other Bushits. Since most CIA agents are well educated and intelligent, they understand the consequences of what they are being ordered to do. By bringing the U.S. to the same level of the “terrorists”, it becomes evident that the emperor has no clothes. He also has no strategy or plan on what to do next.
Who knew the CIA and the president were deliberately targeting innocent civilians with suicide bombers. I think the plan is called ‘winning’.
