When I was a kid they used to teach ethics in high school. It was replaced by ethnic studies due to that same spelling error.
MAR DEL PLATA, Argentina — Members of President Bush’s staff must attend “refresher lectures” in the coming week on ethics and the handling of classified material, White House officials said Saturday.

Ethics pertains to morality. What is needed here is a review of federal statutes pertaining to the dissemination of classified materials. Party hack takes cheap shot to impress TPTB, gets caught, and trys stupid cover up. End of very old story.
