Handler Punished for Donning Camel Costume — Without comment.
Qantas Airways Ltd. on Friday suspended a baggage handler who was caught on video opening a passenger’s bag which contained a camel costume, donning the head and wandering around the airport tarmac.
The costume’s owner, David Cox, said he was waiting inside the terminal at Sydney Airport earlier this week when he glanced outside and saw the baggage handler wearing his camel head.
What I’m wondering is….how did he know it was HIS camel head?
I’m sure by the time this finally plays out, it will be determined that the innocent baggage handler was entertaining that planeload of crippled orphans that just landed.
And, yes, with his very own camel head named Osama.
Of course, the grand theft charges for looting all the bags on that flight will quietly disappear since he did it “for the children”.
