And you, my friend Bush, will be given the title “Emperor of Texas!”

SignOnSanDiego.com > News > Mexico — Rising vigilantism assailed by Fox on eve of trade talks

Fox insisted a new U.S. immigration policy is necessary to ensure a “legal, orderly, dignified flow” of workers across the border.

He also called on the United States to stem the anti-immigrant sentiment fueled by vigilante groups, particularly in border states like Arizona.

A group of volunteers calling themselves the MinuteMan Project have vowed to stop and search undocumented migrants crossing along a stretch of Arizona border throughout April. Some 950 people from 50 states have signed up for the project.

Fox said his government raised concerns about the group with Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice when she visited Mexico City last week.

“We must react quickly and on time to prevent this kind of action,” he said. He said Mexico “will use the law, international law and even U.S. law” in an effort to put the brakes on the group.

The MinuteMan Project

During the month of April, the MMProject volunteers, currently over 1,000 in number from 50 states across the nation, will converge on Cochise County, Az. under the colors of their separate state flags for the purpose of bringing national awareness to the illegal alien invasion crisis currently threatening the sovereignty, prosperity, and governance by the rule of law of the United States.

The MMProject opening presentation will be conducted in Tombstone, Az. on the afternoon of Friday, April 1, 2005 at a location to be announced. Thereafter, on dates to be announced, one-day rallies will be held in Tucson and Naco, Az. Also, a surprise rally lasting two consecutive days will be held in Douglas, Az. without notice.

Although we anticipate an attendance of at least 1,000 participants as of March 20, 2005, that number may double or triple by April 1.

Funny, I didn’t hear about this on NBC News.

I like the “Emperor” caption. Anyone else old enough to remember Vincent Price in “The Baron of Arizona”? Price was almost as convincing as Bush.

  2. jojo says:

If Mexico would fix their totally corrupt and stratified society, maybe their people wouldn’t have to come to the USA looking for work! Illegal is illegal, period. If you don’t have papers to enter and work in this country, then you should not be allowed in.

This problem will never be fixed (at least on our side), until the government starts imposing hefty fines on those employers that hire undocumented workers.

  5. Zappini says:

David Neiwert, author of the Orcinus blog, has touched on the MinuteMen a few times, Minutemen indeed being the most recent.

This whole immigration situation is psychotic. Our policies are contradictory. Politicians are in thrall to corporations demanding cheap labor. The rest of us are content to piss on the people who harvest our food and scrub our toilets. Same as it ever was.

I don’t know what the fix is. I do know that I’m sick of people profitting from the misery of others. I’m sick of immigrants being treated poorly. I’m sick of the larger context, where jobs are being shipped overseas and our education is neglected (not solely for lack of money). And I’m sick of the constant battle between corporations and labor.

I have a chip in my head, a Mexican chip.
I’m getting cheap pills out of Mexico City.

I’m more optimistic – Mexicans are civilizing the United States. In some parts it’s unrecognizable from the nation started by joyless, shrivelled-up Puritan prudes. We need more not less immigration.

  8. Robert Forbus says:

I have been told when I was living in Texas by Mexicans that they will take back Texas, California, Arizona, and New Mexico. They also said to never forget the Alamo because we lost.

  9. JW Macklin says:

Let call the support of illegal immigration exactally what it is:

    Treason, Sedition and Sabotage.

Treason. A BREACH of allegiance to one’s government, usually committed through levying war against such government or by GIVING AID or COMFORT to the enemy. The offense of attempting by OVERT ACTS to overthrow the government of the state to which the offender owes allegiance; or of BETRAYING the state into the hands of a foreign power. Treason consists of two elements: adherence to the enemy, and rendering him aid and comfort. Cramer v. U. S., U.S.N.Y., 325 U.S. l, 65 S.Ct. 918, 9327 89 L.Ed. 1441. See 18 U.S.C.A. 2381.

    Sedition
the federal crime of advocacy of insurrection against the government or SUPPORT for an enemy of the nation during time of war, by SPEECHES, PUBLICATIONS and ORGANIZATION.
Sedition usually involves actually CONSPIRING to DISRUPT the LEGAL OPPORATION of the government that is beyond expression of an opinion or protesting government policy.
Sedition is a lesser crime than “treason,” which requires actual betrayal of the government, or sabotaging governmental facilities, equipment or suppliers of the government, Since freedom of speech, press and assembly are guaranteed by the Bill of Rights and because treason and espionage charges can be made for overt acts against the nation’s security.
    Sabotage
the word is used to describe the ACTIVITY of an INDIVIDUAL or GROUP not associated with the military (such as a FOREIGN AGENT or an INDIGENOUS SUPPORTER), in particular when ACTIONS RESULT in the DESTRUCTION or DAMAGING of a productive or vital facility, such as equipment, FACTORIES , dams, PUBLIC SERVICES , or supply storage.

The government and those who support illegal aliens. is as guilty of:
    Violation of the 14th Amendment
US Constitution – Article IV – Section 4. The United States shall GUARANTEE to every state in this union a republican form of government, and SHALL PROTECT EACH OF THEM AGAINST INVASION; and on application of the legislature, or of the executive (when the legislature cannot be convened) against domestic violence. –

Violation of the Federal Felony laws:

    http://www.americanpatrol.com/REFERENCE/AidAbetUnlawfulSec8USC1324.html Included Page:

As well as supprting the lawlessness that comes with
    illegal immigration:

Forgery, Fradulent documents, Fraud, Theft of ID’s, Social Security numbers and cards. The use of fraudelent documents to get jobs, drivers licence, bank accounts,to secure loans and buy houses to vote, to steal tax dollars from tax payers for low rent housing, free medical service, welfare, food stamps, translators, printed material in foreign lanugages. Depressed wages.

To support illegal immigration is to support criminal predatory aliens that bring drugs, murder, rape, child molestation, and child rape, gangs, destruction of property, the loss of rights for USA citizens.

To support illegal immigrationis an act of insanity, and it will be the death of a country.

The U.S. is now a jungle. We consume more coke than anyone else. We have meth labs in all 50 states. Violent crime is everywhere. Religion has gone charismatic, politics has gone Yale. Is it any wonder why it is so easy for a third world country like Mexico to Invade this once great country?

  11. John Mc says:

I’ve been listening to and reading several independent news sources over that past 4 years, and have seen the unbelievable devastation of our US Constitution. Leaving our borders unprotected and open to mass invasion by Mexico (or any other country) is treasonous!! And anyone who supports the unregulated flow of illegal aliens into our beloved country is a traitor, and should be delt with. Globalist corporations are the masterminds of this movement, and only care about profits… they don’t give a damn about you, or me and will do what ever they want to fulfill their wishes. I can’t believe that Americans can’t see what’s happening (maybe they’re too busy watching all that crap on TV (network news is nothing more than cheap entertainment). I’m praying for the next American revolution to begin soon.

  12. adolphus & sandra says:

I think we should all write our congress men and ask them to do their jobs and pass this new law making it a crime to illeglally come into the US .I HAVE LOST A GOOD JOB TO AN ILLEGAL ALIEN. BECAUSE I WAS OVER AGE 50 AND WOULDN’T WORK 60 HOURS A WEEK.

    Hispanic Leaders Brag About
    Anti-White Hate, Racism

“Go back to Boston! Go back to Plymouth Rock, Pilgrims! Get out! We are the future. You are old and tired. Go on. We have beaten you. Leave like beaten rats. You old white people. It is your duty to die. Through love of having children, we are going to take over.” — Augustin Cebada, Brown Berets

“They’re afraid we’re going to take over the governmental institutions and other institutions. They’re right. We will take them over. We are here to stay.” — Richard Alatorre, Los Angeles City Councilman

“We have an aging white America. They are not making babies. They are dying. The explosion is in our population . . . I love it. They are shitting in their pants with fear. I love it!” — Professor Jose Angel Gutierrez, University of Texas

“Remember 187–proposition to deny taxpayer funds for services to non-citizens–was the last gasp of white America in California.” — Art Torres, Chairman of the California Democratic Party

“We are politicizing every single one of these new citizens that are becoming citizens of this country . . . I gotta tell you that a lot of people are saying, ‘I’m going to go out there and vote because I want to pay them back.’” — Gloria Molina, Los Angeles County Supervisor

“California is going to be a Hispanic state. Anyone who doesn’t like it should leave.” — Mario Obledo, California Coalition of Hispanic Organizations and California State Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare under Governor Jerry Brown, also awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom by President Bill Clinton

“We are practicing ‘La Reconquista’ in California.” — Jose Pescador Osuna, Mexican Consul General

“We need to avoid a white backlash by using codes understood by Latinos.” — Professor Fernando Guerra, Loyola Marymount University

“The American Southwest seems to be slowly returning to the jurisdiction of Mexico without firing a single shot.” — Excelsior, the national newspaper of Mexico

Are these just the words of a few extremists? Consider that we could fill up many pages with such quotes. Also, consider that these are mainstream Mexican leaders. THE U.S. VS MEXICO

On February 15, 1998, the U.S. and Mexican soccer teams met at the Los Angeles Coliseum. The crowd was overwhelmingly pro-Mexican even though most lived in this country. They booed during the National Anthem and U.S. flags were held upside down. As the match progressed, supporters of the U.S. team were insulted, pelted with projectiles, punched and spat upon. Beer and trash were thrown at the U.S. players before and after the match. The coach of the U.S. team, Steve Sampson said, “This was the most painful experience I have ever had in this profession.”

Did you know that immigrants from Mexico and other non-European countries can come to this country and get preferences in jobs, education, and government contracts? It’s called affirmative action or racial privilege. The Emperor of Japan or the President of Mexico could migrate here and immediately be eligible for special rights unavailable for Americans of European descent. Recently, a vote was taken in the U.S. Congress to end this practice. It was defeated. Every single Democratic senator except Ernest Hollings voted to maintain special privileges for Hispanic, Asian and African immigrants. They were joined by thirteen Republicans. Bill Clinton and Al Gore have repeatedly stated that they believe that massive immigration from countries like Mexico is good. They have also backed special privileges for these immigrants.

Corporate America has signed on to the idea that minorities and third world immigrants should get special, privileged status. Some examples are Exxon, Texaco, Merrill Lynch, Boeing, Paine Weber, Starbucks and many more.

  14. aandtcao says:

Why don’t you all look at what God would do…When you go to heaven, is he going to ask you if you have papers and tell you that you are an illegal alien? These mexicans just come here to make a better life for their family, not to hurt anyone but yet, USA willingly lets terrorists come into the country because “They have Papers!”

  15. Poor White Girl says:

It isn’t only Mexicans that are getting across the Rio. All you “they just want better lives” people need to remember that when Al Qaeda is firmly rooted in the U.S. thanks to your attitude.

  16. rod says:

I believe the vast majority of undocumented workers are legal citizens of this country, they are legal citizens since the birth lands of their ancestors were taken away by invadors from european countries. It is ironic that in america, we forget how the united states soldiers, massacred so many american indians, and later never took responsibility for those actions. It would not surprise me to hear the minutemen condem american indians for living in america., as illegals. The only reason they condem illegals and threaten and lend to internal turmoil is that they are “ignorant” and should first, look in their faith and get an education. Then maybe their cause will have meaning.

  17. rod says:

I know of many mexicans who have come to this country to create jobs, not take jobs from people. They are entreprenurial in their approach to working, they work 60 to 80 hour work weeks, selflessly as they pursue a better life for their families, the way they support their local Roman Catholic church, have you noticed that many Catholic Churches in the major us cities, Hispanic/Mexican Catholics outmumber Whites or any other race? They are a peace loving and family oriented people., looking for a better way of life. Mexicans are very giving, as dictated in the Catholic faith, have you ever seen a Mexican walk away from a homeless man without giving him a dollar or 5 dollars, just because it is in his culture to help the less fortunate.
