    This (in my opinion) boarers on mutilation. “Vaginal Restoration”? Does that sound like something you would want done? It doesn’t exactly sound pain-free either.

    I want to know who thought up this horrible, degrading idea, who marketed it, and what stupid women are using it.

    This is just bringing us back to the days where a woman had to carry around a vial of blood when she first had sex with her husband to convice him she was a virgin.

    The whole thing makes me sick.

    (Oh, and it’s been around for years.)

    Damage can occur during childbirth, ranging from minor to severe. If someone
    chooses to try to improve the situation, why should anyone object ? Are there
    other types of injury for which we would deny treatment ?

    My guess? This business caters to clients from the Middle East and large parts of south Asia.

    This whole issue is huge over here. I wouldn’t be surprised if in some countries over here, they still hang a blood-spotted sheet from the newlyweds’ window.
