  1. Jim says:

Just what we needed John, more bad news! I spent all morning sorting the fake news out from the fake ads. Did you see the fake data on click fraud yet? We have people researching birds with flu. What’s up with that. My neighbor had the flu. We had a flu shot shortage. The guy was pissed, because he couldn’t get a flu shot before this flu season. Let’s all worry about bird flu now. There is a fake bird flu story floating around the Net, I’m sure of it. See if you can find it with Google.

  2. Jim says:

Look for bird flu at msnfound.com It’s a search opera. Some sort of viral advertising gimmick out of Redmond. The people are fakes at the site. This is kind of like Talon News, but those people were real. I thought the MSN thing was some kind of scam. It was just monkey business. Just what we need, more fake corporate stuff that is real. The site is registered to Microsoft. It doesn’t look like a Microsoft site.

  3. Jim says:

It seems that China is fighting fake bird flu vaccines.
Speed and accuracy do not agree.

  4. Ed Campbell says:

Dr. Gerberding — better known for fluff reports for Bush to allay fears over anthrax — delivered the plenary lecture to today’s meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science. On behalf of the CDC, she admits she’s worried, too.

She didn’t say it that way. Bush would fire her butt.
