bed

Dexterton – Himolla — Here’s a bed for someone who has everything. But look over these pics and tell me what is wrong with this picture. Well, I use a projector for my HDTV viewing and I have played with a number of these projectors. I love the 90-inch images I can project onto a screen. I have the projector ceiling mounted and even there I can barely tolerate the noise from the fan. As someone said to me, “You need a projection room!” Great. Meanwhile, I look at this German lash-up and cannot imagine how annoying the noisy projector would be next to my head!!

To go to the cinema in your pajamas, strecth out your feet as much as you want and snuggle down into your pillow? That’s not a vision with RUF-Cinema, the first multimedia bed of the furture, it’s every evening’s reality.

Whirrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

It would have worked if they used a flat panel television instead.

  2. Miguel Lopes says:

Some projectors are less noisy than others… But wouldn’t heads go in front of the lens if they wanted to be closer together? Assuming more than one person would use the bed… Then again, maybe not, to afford this kind of toy maybe you can’t have a life…

  3. Ima Fish says:

But with a projection TV you’re able to make shadow puppets in bed.
