This could be a huge scandal since this may be the CIA agent leak source. This will all ride on how bold the “real” media is. My guess is that they’ve all become jellyfish and only the bloggers will harp on stories like this. So sad. You should note that it is almost impossible for real reporters to get White House credentials.
White House-credentialed fake news reporter “Jeff Gannon” from fake news agency “Talon News” was cited by the Washington Post as having the only access to an internal CIA memo that named Joseph Wilson’s wife, Valerie Plame, as a covert CIA agent. Gannon, in a question posed to Wilson in an October 2003 interview, referred to the memo (to which no other news outlet had access, according to the Post). Gannon subsequently has been subpoenaed by the federal grand jury looking into the Plame outing.
Talon News appears to be a “news agency” in name only, consisting of Editor-in-Chief Bobby Eberle, Jeff Gannon and “volunteer reporters,” all based on a web site with no true physical news room or work site. Much of its “news” is distributed through an organization called GOPUSA, of which Eberle is CEO and president. His wife, Kathleen, is treasurer. Both Eberles live in Texas and have been deeply involved in Texas politics – and now national politics – for years. Additionally, Bruce Eberle, owner of Erberle Communications, a fundraising/direct marketing/PR firm with extensive ties to Republican party politics (clients list includes Reagan, Ollie North, Paula Jones), folded his group, Millions of Americans.com, into GOPUSA.

This Times piece is worth a look John. Jihad against journalists. I thought it was just an extermination plan that they thought up for kicks. This thread didn’t get much traffic at your blog. I guess people are afraid. This was like the story of the month for blogging. Maybe the Goebbels image creeped people out. He kept precise notes, so he could write his history later on. Later on kind of got cancelled, if you know what I mean. Government must be Gods way of saying, you guys are dumb, let me do the thinking here. I’m okay with that.

More fake news and propaganda. At least it’s good news. I try thinking positive. This was at BBC. “The White House expresses concern over reports that the US military is paying Iraqi papers to run positive stories.”
I’ll bet they are concerned. New Orleans and the Gulf region is just about flat busted. Somehow the budget for Iraq keeps growing. They’re spending $100 million or is 200 planting stories in papers. The government is being robbed by the government consultants and these losers making it up as they go along. There should be big investigations into what they are doing here.
Throw all the real reporters in jail and have some party hacks and stooges write the news. Then talk to the people about nothing for a hour. It’s been some year. From fake White House correspondent to fake who knows what in less than a year.
