    One weakness of this format is how some of the more interesting threads have pieces of stimulating conversion that never get fully developed because the entry whithers as it ages.

    Dvorak probably has already discovered that if he opened up a full-blown forum like http://www.PHPBB.com (it takes all of 5 seconds to install) and hired some company in India to moderate (they could have cheat sheets with all the “bad words”) it for $25 per day, he would become an instant trillionaire with embedded advertising and product plugs.

    And for women who drink red wine? Is their risk of prostate cancer reduced?

    One of the strengths of this format is that threads scroll-off after a few days (example: today is 10/7, oldest thread is from 10/3).

    I like this, because it reminds me that this is just a blog – and I don’t mean that in a bad way. 🙂

    It reminds me to keep the comments I read – and post – here, in perspective.
