Forbes.com: Unemployment Drops to 5.4 Percent. Where are the millions and millions of jobs we were promised? Well, at least it’s better than last month.

The 144,000 net jobs added to the economy in August – while slightly less than the 150,000 positions economists were forecasting – were the most since May and marked the 12th straight month that payrolls grew.

Employment figures for June and July – still relatively lackluster – were revised to show a combined 169,000 net jobs were created in those two months

Zzzzz. Anonymously should start filling out job applications instead of those long winded, incoherent anti-Bush rambles that no one reads.

The problem with all you Bush-haters is you stink at making your point. Even when others try to listen to you and/or read your posts, they lose interest.

    Try being more articulate.

I’ve blanked on the dude’s name [and couldn’t find him at cnn.com]; but, the Wall Street “expert” who appears on CNN’s American Morning is a trip. He tries SOOO hard to put a positive spin on anything supported by the Republikans and Bush. This morning, he reviewed the unemployment numbers, the number of non-jobs, and rejoiced for the support this will bring George W.. I’d just finished reviewing the same numbers on NWI-TV from an international perspective — with folks expected to continue to pull their Euros out of US investments.

I chuckled because, later on, sure ’nuff, Lou Dobbs program — rated the performance as a world-class yawn. Then, took the time to point out the removal of folks with expired accounts from the unemployment rolls, etc..

The cheerleader in the Morning is the same dude who supports RIAA lawsuits against downloaders — supports DRM and the removal of Fair Use, by the way.

Anonymous (not to be confused with Anonymously),

Why should I be filling out job applications? You lose interest in reading my post because of your short attention span, and I should, instead, be filling out job applications?

    You’re a strange guy/gal.

You do long winded posts that fail to keep the reader’s interest. Most people think the economy sucks, I certainly do. So you hate Bush — WE GET IT!

Some of you Bush haters are so annoying; listening you talk … it’s like you are talking to yourself for 4 pages about something trivial like job forecasts.

I’m still not sure who I am going to vote for, but every time I read a long-winded, boring, anti-Bush rant, the thought crosses my mind to vote Bush just because you all are so annoying.

I don’t think Bush deserves 4 more years; I don’t think Kerry has any plans. I think I’ll wake up election day, decide who is more annoying, the Bush fans or the Bush haters, and vote the opposite.

    No one likes a whiner.

Anyonymous..when you say “YOU” please make the reference to somebody specific. Does this refer to my post? Long-winded? Two sentences and a pull-quote? How is that long-winded. And THAT is the post. Or are you referring to a comment??

  6. Anonymous says:

No, I am referring to Anonymously.
