German Politicians Mull Scrapping Holidays | Business & Economics | Deutsche Welle | 12.07.2004Does anyone besides me find it weird that the powers-that-be are trying to work everyone to death. For what? Now they want the Germans to have less holidays instead of working more hours. That means they’ll cut the holidays now then increase the hours later. If they increased the hours first then it would be harder to reduce the holidays. Tricky.
