Now that OJ’s book is canceled, here’s a new story (or at least a fresh look at old info) on another famous murder. This may be crap, but the story is a rather interesting read.

Did the CIA kill Bobby Kennedy?

As [Robert] Kennedy lies dying on the pantry floor, Sirhan is arrested as the lone assassin. He carries the motive in his shirt-pocket (a clipping about Kennedy’s plans to sell bombers to Israel) and notebooks at his house seem to incriminate him. But the autopsy report suggests Sirhan could not have fired the shots that killed Kennedy. Witnesses place Sirhan’s gun several feet in front of Kennedy, but the fatal bullet is fired from one inch behind. And more bullet-holes are found in the pantry than Sirhan’s gun can hold, suggesting a second gunman is involved.

David Sanchez Morales was a legendary figure in CIA covert operations. According to close associate Tom Clines, if you saw Morales walking down the street in a Latin American capital, you knew a coup was about to happen.

Working from a Cuban photograph of Morales from 1959, I viewed news coverage of the assassination to see if I could spot the man the Cubans called El Gordo – The Fat One. Fifteen minutes in, there he was, standing at the back of the ballroom, in the moments between the end of Kennedy’s speech and the shooting. Thirty minutes later, there he was again, casually floating around the darkened ballroom while an associate with a pencil moustache took notes.

  1. RBG says:

    “may”?

I can’t even be bothered to google the dozen or so debunking sites.

Stick with the more plausible stuff like flying saucers.

  2. WokTiny says:

Not the kind of thing anyone wants running in their family…

  3. Cripes..even I think this is far-fetched.

  4. tallwookie says:

did the cia do it? perhaps – hasnt the cia been involved in quite a few nefarious schemes over the years?

  5. Mr. Fusion says:

Don’t believe it. The evidence has to be overwhelming and not just some 38 years later “I found this” type of crap.

  6. Uncle Dave says:

#3: Come on, John. What’s far fetched about a nefarious plot involving secret agents, The Fat One and a thin guy with a pencil mustache who… wait a minute… There’s something familiar about…. Oh, no! The Maltese Falcon!?!?

[Actually, I was hoping someone else would come up with this connection first.]

  7. MKinMotion says:

I thought the accepted conspiracy theory was that it was a mob hit for his acts as AG.

  8. John Henri Allyn says:

How about we exchange Ted Kennedy for both of them. Thats the one kennedy I wish would die.

  9. BgScryAnml says:

    Another Uncle Dave wet dream.

  10. John Henri Allyn says:

I’ll tell you what Uncle Dave I wouldn’t put it past the Cia.

John obviously died until mysterious circumstances as well. I know the British equilvilent is probably responsible for Rasputin’s murder in the early part of last century.

It is pretty out there though, but not so far its not possible.

    But we’ll never know.

  11. AB CD says:

John, everyone knows it was Ted Kennedy who did the murders so he could be elected president based on the sympathy vote.

  12. ZeOverMind says:

May be crap Uncle Dave? It is crap. Typical lefty fodder for portraying the Kennedys as Martyrs. It’s a lot more comforting for the left to think that major plots brought the Kennedys down instead of lone deranged nobodies/assassins.

  13. Jägermeister says:

#5 – Don’t believe it. The evidence has to be overwhelming and not just some 38 years later “I found this” type of crap.

Absolutely. If they prove it… then I’ll listen.

  14. Tom says:

I can neither confirm nor deny that I don’t care.

  15. ChrisMac says:

The Kennedy horse is still alive?!?

How did this get past the spam filter..

    Back Back Refresh

  16. Frank IBC says:

Yeah, sure… it was all just one big friggin’ conincidence that RFK was killed by a Palestinian-American on the anniversary of the Israeli victory in the Six-Day War, because he was perceived to be pro-Israel.

Typical lefty fodder for portraying the Kennedys as Martyrs

I find it amazing that so many believe the crap that JFK, who criticized Eisenhower for being “soft on communism”, and who ordered the attempts to assassinate Fidel Castro, was a “leftist”, while his assassin, Lee Harvey Oswald, who loved Castro, was a “right-winger”.

  17. Sundog says:

It is worth noting that the CIA did experiment with LSD and mind control in a long running program under MKULTRA. Who knows for sure how this program was implemented.

But the CIA only does good things. I’m sure of that.

  18. asch says:

    extremely prejudice people

  19. Haywood Jablome says:

    O.J. did it!

  20. Mucous says:

OJ is a CIA operative. That’s well known.

  21. Noam Sane says:

Come on. Everyone knows that there have never been any government conspiracies to kill people who threaten the status quo.
    What’s wrong with you people?

  22. faustus says:

in the “information age” we seem to have come full circle where we are as alone to believe whatever we wish to believe just as our cave man ancestors, only difference now is we get a blog and we start harping on it to the rest of the world. one can understand the bliss of not knowing or understanding the cave man felt but the bliss of ignorance ppl feel now at ignoring the facts and the truth and believing what they want is ironic. “information age” indeed.

  23. Brian says:

What really happened is that RFK was rumored to have WMD. The CIA said “no they do not” but Bush went ahead and had him killed.

  24. Charles Ellis says:

Everybody is ignoring the real issue here though!

The article changes tense halfway through, from past to present, which is clearly to throw us off the trail that in fact the author assassinated Kennedy, via telepathy.

  25. joshua says:

#17…Frank IBC…..it’s 40 odd years of relentless propaganda by the Kennedy spin machine. The machine is run by Teddy, who is a Liberal.
John Kennedy was a Moderate/Conservative Democrat. Most of his party was the same back in 1960. Today he would be a Liberal Republican or an Independent. They would have tossed him out of the party back in the 70’s.

I find it funny that in the 1960 Presidential election, the real Liberal was Nixon and Kennedy was the Conservative.

  26. meetsy says:

I’m still pinning my conspiracy theories on the ONE-ARMED MAN!
    Either that, or the butler.

  27. earl the pearl says:

CIA killing a polical leader is not far fetched at all after killing 40,000 native inhabitants of Gutamala what it is three or four more, what is the diffence between killing an American and killing a Russian if you get in the way mureder is always an option.

  28. ecuatoriano says:

    Pascual de Andagoya….¿Exactor implacable?

  29. ecuatoriano says:
