The 41 year-old had been in a relationship with a man whom he lived with and told officials “it would make me feel happy” for it to continue.
But his local council decided his “vigorous sex drive” was inappropriate and that with an IQ of 48 and a “moderate” learning disability, he did not understand what he was doing.
A psychiatrist involved in the case even tried to prevent the man being given sex education, on the grounds that it would leave him “confused”.
Mr Justice Mostyn said the case was “legally, intellectually and morally” complex as sex is “one of the most basic human functions” and the court must “tread especially carefully” when the state tries to curtail it.
But he agreed that the man, known only as Alan, should not be allowed to have sex with anyone on the grounds that he did not have the mental capacity to understand the health risks associated with his actions.

If retards weren’t allowed to hump, where would politicians come from?
usa1 and alfred, the right is so easy. You guys just feed into Palin’s adolescent victim complex. The Republican party is being reduced to high school gossip. Snort.
The sad fact is the US economy is circling the drain. The rest of the world knows this and is already moving on. This is not a plague of locusts.
You’ll notice that the decision doesn’t seem to apply to women of low IQ. So I guess “dumb blonds” will always be allowed to hump, or be humped. Regardless of whether or not they “understand the health risks”. Which, let’s be honest, many of them DO NOT. Nobody’s saying that Lindsey Lohan should never be allowed to hump. Nor that nobody should be allowed to hump her. But somehow, a low IQ male, having sex, makes all the difference. And you have to ask yourself, why? And the answer is more likely that these guys get in the way of the slightly smarter, and hornier, politicians, who want to hump women that dumb or desperate.
Besides. If they prevent all the low IQs from humping. The Republican Party will shrink to nothing, in a few generations.
